The hotel provided the service of holding onto our Baggage for the Sunday whilst we went sight seeing. Our Coach did not leave Victoria Station till 8 30pm in the evening. This was extremely helpful to us. |

Hotel ideal for shopping and attending events at Wembley arena/stadium. 10 minute easy walk to Marleybone station and few minutes to tube at Baker Street. |

The breakfast was good. The carpet was grubby, rooom was in need of repainting. glass partition to toilet not permitting privacy.Staff failed to issue early morning call.Directions to hotel fail to indicate inability to park outside.Very expensive hotel not good value for money, would only rate as a 3 star. |

Friendly welcome on arrival. Good standard of food including bar snacks,excellent inclusive breakfast and special offer evening meals in the restaurant. Riims were quite small but had everything we needed for a city break. |

Great location of the hotel (close to major attractions and tube station). We had an option with breakfast included - it was served really early - at 6.30am (weekdays) and 7.00am (weekend) which worked great for us since we got up really early. Late check -in and early check-out were done without any problems as well. water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low and I didn't figure out how to take a cold shower - it was either hot or warm. |

staff were friendly, very helpful and approachable. location was great, very clean and the breakfast was excellent. we did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine which they told us would be in our room when we returned after our evening, when i mentioned this while paying the bill they offered to give it to us then-this was no good as we were heading to the airport to return home. also there were no tea making facilities in our room, a cup of tea is always nice when you come back from anywhere. |

We liked being close to attractions and transport. The executive suite was wonderful, though a fruit plate consisting of 3 pieces of fruit was a disappointment. The continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was much more than we anticipated. Prior to our stay, I sent an e-mail directly to hotel and did not receive a response. We would have preferred a solid door separating the main room to the washroom for privacy. The see through sliding glass door, though stylish, lacked functionality. |

Ideal location. Less than 5 minutes walk from tube station, and close to west end shopping area Sauna/Steamroom very small & a didn't look very well maintained - did not use, based on this. Also, housekeeping staff knocking on door 3 times between 7am & 9.30am!!! I would recommend anyone hoping for a lie-in, to put a 'Do not Disturb' notice on the door!!! |

Surprisingly peaceful given the location. The room wasn't cleaned properly and I had to ask twice (half eaten cheese and other food in the mini bar!) The mattress had seen better days and probably should be changed. Curtains were grubby, wardrobe shelves were dusty. No welcome tray as advertised. I thought this hotel was poor value for money and the "Deluxe" room we stayed in wasn't very deluxe! The size was ok but really I felt the cleanliness was lacking which is not good. |

The location is hard to beat and it is very easy to find and is near the tube There is nowhere to get food late at night in vicinity therefore there should be some food or room service available at the hotel |

excellent location-walking distance to oxford street. good breakfast and comfortable rooms, good tv channels could not get food upon returning from an evening out. Did not get the bottle of wine on arrival as included in our deal, though it was offered to us when we were checking out after we mentioned it to the hotel staff. |

Location excellent for travel to Wembley. Comfortable bed and relaxing atmosphere in bar. Express checkout option. Nice breakfast.Excellent to have choice of wine on the enjoy package deal as concerned prior to arrival that would be restricted- able to get a dry wine option thankyou. didnt expect vacuum and cleaning objects still in room on entering room day of arrival & maid entered without knocking door (although checked in at 1pm were not advised of this at reception). didnt expect to be disturbed by maid early am on checkout day. Would have eaten at hotel restaurant but was not open early enough - were eating prior to Wembley concert- would have preferred to be open 5pm. Frosted glass doors to bathroom not practical. |

Central location with amenities near the hotel. Not cheap but reasonably priced. Polite personel never refused to help. The concierge service was good and hepled us book tickets to a theatre show. The rooms need some refurbishment. Even though the room was very clean the furniture are old fashioned |

A very central hotel in London easy for shopping and for eating out. Room was comfortable and good value for money. The door to the toilet should not be glass, although it is not see through i believe it should be more private and it should have a lock. |

We stayed in an executive room and was what we expected. Loads of room, lovely bathroom, clean, comfortable bed, good location. Would stay there again definitely. I had to ask for my welcome tray and the robes were not provided either but I did not ask for the robes. Bar very expensive compared with the westend. |
