The breakfast was excellent. Great selection and well cooked. Staff very helpful. Traffic noise and no lift! Our room, 104 was very comfortable and quite large with a great modern bathroom but it is in the front on the main road and the noise is horrendous!! Lugging suitcases up stairs is not ideal but staff is very helpful.

The breakfast very good as was the the service. I did not have a lot of time at the hotel but, I would stay again. The toilet roll holder stand was lose and I had to fix it. I would have liked to have a little midday lunch, we had to have a pub lunch that was not to good.

Harrison's enjoys a great location although it can suffer from road noise, close to old Shepperton and the town centre with plenty of eating options. Difficult to believe you are less than 5 miles from Heathrow. Lacks any atmosphere, seems to accept mediocrity. Nothing to induce the guest to stay in and eat or relax so I guess most don't

Room was clean and comfortable and a nice location by the river. The food was good and the staff friendly and helpful. No hot water for the shower in the morning was a bad point.

It was clean and very warm, with comfortable bed and all you would require In a hotel. The food was also very good, especially breakfast with a good hot buffet or continental. The rooms were very small but this was quite acceptable for the price paid and the amount of time spent in the room.

Clean, modern style. Friendly staff, good facilities and a nice size single room. Excellent breakfast, they managed to provide good quality full english delivered via a buffet and still kept everything hot, fresh and well cooked. They forgot my newspaper in the morning (which was a shame because I was pleasantly surprised that they offered the service).

Room was modern. Noise from the downstairs extractor. Kept me awake at night. Far too loud and goes on 24hrs a day. Stayed in room 116 and woke up frequently due to the constant hum of the loud extractor fan. Wouldn't stay again due to this noise.
