Clean bed.

This hotel is a disaster. 1St room I had , no tv, cold and damp. 2Nd room not much better but did have a TVmuch better. I have never been to a hotel like it - damp, owner is dirty and bar is disorganised - food served on a tray!!!!! Owner coughing, hawking and spitting as well as dribbling down shirt front, then coming into the bar to serve drinks. No wonder it was empty. Disgusting. Would recommend that everyone steer clear of this one. The owners just don't care - no customer service

Tired decor very 90's needs some TLC outside area was scruffy view of very untidy room behind reception when you walked in Fre alarm went oof twice during our stay The motel met a need for the weekend near to Silverstone

The staff were very friendly and helpful and responded very quickly to a maintenance issue with room. The dining area is very light and airy.The location also made it easy to travel out to the various destinations we visited , Silverstone and Milton Keynes

The room was adequate but require an uplift, especially the bathroom

Friendly staff, cleanliness of the room.

Matresses were quite hard but ok.

The man who appears to have been running the hotel was very hospitable and helpful.

Oh dear, such a shame, we were in room 7. 1)the extractor fan in the bathroom does not work, 2)the shower cradle needs refixing, 3)The shower head itself needs replacing as water only comes through the outside holes, 4)there is considerable mildew in the bathroom. 5)The shower curtain does not stop the bathroom being flooded because of the shower head positioning 6)if you do not close the bathroom door, the fire alarms go off 7)the paintwork could do with a touch-up 8)one of the sockets next to the dressing table does not work. So nothing a good steam clean, a screw driver and a paint brush couldnt fix really. A little tlc would go a long way in my opinion.

The manager went out of his way to be helpful. Even lent me a pair of cuff links. Great guy!

It was cheaper than the surrounding hotels.

Run down. Wifi only worked in public areas but owner sat in reception and watched TV in the bar at full volume which was pretty unbearable. Also security issues. I was on the ground floor and the windows were left open and unlocked during the day by the cleaning staff.

Convenient for Silverstone. Evening meals reasonably priced and ok quality. Free parking and WiFi.

Did the job, was a bed for the night at best rate we could find at that time.

Basic hotel, trying hard, but really could do with a make over to compete with established chains, but the staff are trying very hard.

room not ready,after arriving 2 hours past check in time, dirty bed Linnell and towels all over all over corridors, Broken springs in bed, dirty shower curtain poor maintenance throughout

The hotel is very run down and looks quite dirty.
