Residential area. Very quiet at day and night. Nice bed and good furniture.SPACIOUS Room! Just a few blocks from Angel station. Supermarkets, Stores, restaurants and pubs,FREE Wi-Fi worked very well during my WHOLE stay. Very private entrance. I didn't saw any other guests during my stay.
No lift. To many steps with a 65Lbs Luggage (Flat 5). Fridge stopped working and no one to contact. Never answered my request for early Check-In. Waited 7 hours to get in in the always raining London.
Very clean with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. Studio had plenty of room for 1 or 2 people.

The rising damp throughout the property is a health hazard, the drains smell in the toilet and the kitchen was stocked with one dirty old sponge! A joke really for the money paid!

Arrival entry unsatisfactory for travelers.Windows non functional and filthy.Kitchen poorly maintained and was well below an acceptable standard. The worst standard and value for money during month of travel.A RIP OFF!!.
Trying to get in different codes to the one we received also had trouble trying to get in the previous time we stayed
Was filthy, ant infested, leaking dirty water from toilets, dirty outdoors 9front and back). Felt insecure as garden was accessible for workmen who were doing repairs next door. Overpriced (£350 for 2 nights) for what is provided.
EVERYTHING THAT I SAW IN THE BOOKING, IS DIFERENT THAT I SAW IN THE PROPERTY! I NEVER HAVED ANY ATENCION CORRECTLY THAT ALL THE PEOPLES THAT I SPEAKED! MY SUGEST IS NEVER GOING TO THERE! I WENT THERE WITH MY MOTHER AND WE SOFRER A LOT. NEVER MORE IN OUR LIFES!!!
Two things: 1. There is no link between the credit card details given on booking.com and Short Let's which means I had to go through the whole payment process again. 2. Short Let's have a whole registration process which I was unaware of and took time that I did not have. Hugely frustrating to have to do more paper work after already finishing booking. Very inconvenient!

The apartment upon arrival was filthy - mould on ceilings and wall, food and crumbs left in kitchen, peeling paint, stains on sofa and rugs Nothing like the pictures on the website Toilet was filthy Kitchen cupboard broken and hanging by hinge No paper towels/kitchen roll to clean up I would have left to find a hotel but I had paid upfront; housekeeping came the next day to clean more Codes did not work upon arrival - had to be re-programmed and tried twice Central Park Hotel staff (where I dropped off luggage before check-in) were rude and the hotel itself scruffy I would not recommend this property
Perfect location, good value, well kept and clean. I enquired about the noise level and the staff were very honest and warned me that it's at the intersection of two busy roads. In the end the noise wasn't too bad.
Sparse equipment, had to buy our own bottle opener for example.

Ground floor flat on main road. Continual road noise and sirens - ALL night long. Had about 20 minutes sleep in 2 nights!
there is very little going for this apartment.
booking.com is a means to quickly book a room without up front payment and hassle. these guys do not have anyone in the location to check you in. you are asked to provide driving licence and an access key is provided. thing is, I thought this was optional and was out front for 45 mins before accessing the room. on entry, it was obvious that the room was previously occupied by smokers. aspects of cleanliness were weak in other areas. all in all, a real disappointment. i think the owners need to undertake more checks in the rooms and fundamentally ensure that deep cleans arevdone periodically to ensure that the rooms cater for non smokers.
Location was excellent for my purposes with nearby markets, restaurants and transportation links. Apartment was good sized with easy check-in and out.
The premises would much benefit from a competent cleaner! While linens were changed and appeared to have been laundered, they were still stained, as were sofa and pillows, leaving one with the impression that everything was dirty. Bathroom had tremendous amount of black mold, with no counter space or towel bars. Apartment could have been really nice had it been well cared for.
Good location, right near the tube and a nice area. Liked the use of a door code to get in and out. TV, internet and kitchen facilities very good.
Bathroom was as others have mentioned a bit grubby, toilet clearly had not been properly cleaned in some time. Shower doors didn't fully close and there was a small gap which let water escape onto the floor. Bed could have done with more pillows as these were very flat and there was only one each! Lots of stairs up to the fifth floor which wasn't a problem for us and didn't bother us at all but those with young children or disabilities should bear this in mind.

Location was excellent for my business purposes, but the position of my ground floor apartment was not. Right next to good bus and Angel tube station. FREE WiFi made working during evenings possible which was good. Size of apartment was very adequate, and with a bit of TLC could be much better.
My particular flat was on the ground floor, right next to very busy main road. The bed positioned exactly opposite the window, which only had a very thin (not black out) blind that let all light in, including street light needed moving to stop the light shinning into face. The noise from the Main Street was also a problem, you can not sleep without ear plugs and black out eye mask which I had to purchase from nearby boots. Heavy curtains and black out blind would make this much more of a pleasant room to sleep in. Main bedroom/living area radiator did not work, so called staff immediately and explained. I understood that someone may not be able to come out immediately, but could they supply another duvet or blanket as I was cold. I stayed 3 nights, no one turned up to fix radiator or supply a blanket. Therefore lack of sleep from noise, light and cold did not make for a pleasant stay. Location and access to tubes, buses and FREE WiFi was the only thing that kept me happy.
