Picking keys up from unknown location with no clear indication on website. Very poor service from booking.com
Not like the picture. Mad crazy people upstairs. Noise on stairs all night. Screaming shouting. Felt trapped in flat

We couldn't work the heating so it was cold, shower not very strong
Very near Emirates Stadium! Easy acess to subway! Tesco just 200m away!
Lack of table lamps in the bedroom !
close to Arsenal tube station (15 min to city centre), kitchen can save a lot of time and money coopering with restaurants.
show holder was broken and it was very hard to adjust water temperature; whole first day and night electrical panel downstairs was constantly beeping and it was fixed only next day (not very loud in the room, but annoying). There was no good knife and no cans opener at all. Two stuff guys near the reception were playing stupid jokes all the time and disturbing receptionist.
After arriving at Central Park Hotel to fetch the key, they provided transportation to the apartments. The apartments are in a quiet residential area on a street parallel to the Emirate Stadium (no Arsenal game), five minutes walk from Arsenal tube station on the Picaddilly metro line, so in 15/20 minutes we are in the most central zone in london. There is a supermarket (Tesco) just a few meters from the apartment. The apartments are old, reasonably, but has heating, kitchen, tv and wifi as advertised. Summarizing, and for those looking for a not too expensive place in London, without great luxuries, and just want to sleep and have breakfast is enough. The contact of the hotel which drove us to the apartment, took us back to the airport at slightly higher than what it cost the train, thus avoiding wasting time catching trains laden with suitcases and gaining time price.
Renting an apartment for 8 people and on arrival were allocated two. But at the end everything went well as they were face to face. Fetch the key in another place. Didin´t like the mattresses, which were very soft, perhaps because they are old.
We were a small school group and the apartments were excellent for purpose. Close to the tube station, restaurants and shops and opposite a Tesco Express.
Little kitchen equipment and noisy parties at the week end
The Proximity to Emirates stadium was a major bonus. Beds were very comfortable and clean linen had been provided. Water was always hot when required. Price of the apartment. Secure door locking. Apartment was clean. Ability to be transported to apartment from main key collection point although not required by me is a very nice touch.
Immediate impression was one of being a bit run down. Place could do with smartening up in terms of interior decoration.
Location good, quiet area,clean
very basic apartment, no headboards, living room very small
Smell of damp, poor decoration, lighting by bare bulbs with no shades. Improve this and it would be fantastic...
Cleanliness, good wifi connection, comfortable apartment.
Some little things like toilet door lock does not work as good as we expected
Relatively cheap way of staying in London. We were going to a gig at Ally Pally so this meant we didn't have to rush to catch the last train. Offered a bit more privacy than a hotel. If your not paying Savoy prices you can't expect the moon on a stick...
Much smaller than photos suggested. No double beds as stated in the write up. If you don't like football or the crowds take note of match days. Hotel staff where you pick your keys up from we're not versed in customer service. We were promised transport to the apartment but we're told we could wait an hour or walk. It was about a 30min walk so not too bad, I just thought the delivery was a bit rude. The apartment was a bit tatty and I wouldn't have said it spotless.
Good for big family
Stupid location, no sight no mark I spent a hour calling reception and no answer. I knocked many house there and talk to many people trying to know the apartment but they was uncooperative. Google map showing wrong house and must change it. The apartment was in third floor and no lift. The floor making noise the bathroom need renew the lights need improvement and the below need replacement. Definitely I will not return here again
Great greeting and good serve during check in receptions make us feeling welcoming and free taxi to take us to apartement . Like the area of apartment close to the underground and close to tesco express,Emirates stadium( as arsenal fans is great feeling ) general with apartment all good.
Heating in all room in apartment is not working, being in the middle of apartment we can hear people going in and out and people in the top of us so noisy.
Great location, 30 seconds from Emirates Stadium and a Tesco Express Nice layout in the apartment with plenty of space Hotel paid for a taxi for us to the apartment
Bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were really thin, we had to use the spare quilt folded up as a pillow The shower head was broken The fridge wasn't switched on 3 of the lamps didn't work No tea towels so had nothing to wash up with or get things out of the oven One of the sofas was really uncomfortable, it felt like the springs were coming through
Very clean. Decent location. Good value for money.
No living room so nowhere to sit. Had to sit in my bed. Kitchen had no pans to cook with. Defeats the purpose of the luxery of a kitchen.
Location near metro Kitchen facilities Bed
Place to get the keys too distant from apartment Too much noise from the apartment above
5 of my friends and I stayed at these apartments and loved it, it was only a train ride away from central, quite comfortable and well equipped, close to a Tesco express as self catered and all in all, a good experience. I would recommend.
Only one bathroom between 6 guests. Not enough soap and no toothpaste. Also, WiFi didn't work, which is a big minus.
Appartment was clean and had all the basics you would need.
Wifi didn't work, no sufficient bedding for the sofa bed and when we contacted the staff no one got back to us to get it fixed!
Good location for the venue we were going to
Kitchen poorly stocked, didn't have any tea towels or washing up liquid so had to leave dishes just rinsed. Fine for one night but wouldn't be good for a longer stay
The price was decent.
The floors were dirty, however it was not disgusting. The kitchen area was nice, however there was no cleaning supplies. The beds were incredibly thin, as were the pillows. Did not sleep well at all. We used the unused towels as pillows because that was more comfortable. The wifi was spotty at best, as one of the bedrooms had no service at all. The location was good, but was difficult to find.
Living near Arsenal underground and Emirates Stadium.
There were so much Mold in the appartment. I the closet, behind the draws, on the walls.. It were so discusting!! The kitchen weren't clean, we did clean the kitchen totaly before we could make food there.
Tesco was close to the property, otherwise not a lot
The layout of the apartment from the chairs to the beds. Poor standard of equipment, lousy WIFI. Awful smell in the entrance hallway, little to no information regarding the apartment or where to leave the keys when checking out as no reception
