The location was excellent. Walking distance from Victoria coach station,rail and tube links, and near Pimlico tube. Rooms were small but adequate, as you don't spend much time in the room. Breakfast good quality, English only though, no continental choice. The bathroom size was ok so long as you weren't overweight, then it would be a tight squeeze. Breakfast was good if you were early, but large queues formed after 8.30. |

Clean and comfortable. Excellent transport links. Good value - especially at "special offer" rates applicable during my stay. Breakfast pretty basic, Buffet-style food lying around in heated dishes, obviously been there for some time. |

A reasonable hotel for a basic overnight stay. Pleasant desk and breakfast staff. Good strong warm shower (but defective drains - see below). Breakfast was alright for me but limited. The basement corridor had a fusty smell. The bedroom had a minor damp problem on one wall. The plumbing of that room must be defective as it seems flushing the toilet syphons the traps on the shower and basin causing a really terrible drain smell. This is fairly easily stopped by running a little water into the basin and shower outlets but most people would not think of that. |

Most of the front office staffs were friendly,one of them even show us how to use the tube(underground train). |

Clean and tidy room, up-to-date with double glazing windows etc. Well located, central yet still quiet area. Inferior breakfast buffet for those of us who who find the traditional English Breakfast impossible to deal with. Above all we missed fruit and a more interesting selection of bread than merely toast, but also boiled eggs, yoghurt and cheese. My suggestion is to make this the standard offering and charge extra for English Breakfast (or drop it!) |

non-smoking, 24hr reception, location and quite new bathroom. Very helpfull staff. Secure luggage storage. Little space in a 2-pers. room. Quite hard matresses. If you don't like English breakfast, there is little else to eat. Bit noisy (not the street, but other users of the hallway, the kitchen etc) |

Hotel was 5 mins walk from Victoria Station, within walking distance of most attractions. Rooms were a bit on the small side, but as we were only using them as somewhere to put our heads down at night, it wasn't really an issue. |

The staff was very good, and the location was wonderful. We even had a basement room and things worked out fine. Quite a bit of noise outside. The hotel is right on a busy street. |

Good location - close to city and on bus stop. Also good local area - restaurants and basic shops. The room was very tiny. Single room could have provided a bit more space to move around in if there had been a large single bed instead of a double bed. |

Accessability to Central London, particularly to Victoria Station.Breakfast included with limited, but adequate selections. Good service at breakfast, and at hotel bar. Rooms very small, but clean and good value for patrons not intending to spend a lot of time there, anyway.Good security. Good TV system.Internet connection available in room, but extra charge. Comfort of beds: good to good plus Outdated, extremely slow elevator system. Lack of efficient air conditioning. One night was particularly uncomfortable. |

The location was good and breakfast was nice, the room was nice but small. The room was small, barely enough room to walk around the bed! The breakfast room could not hold enough guests and we had to queue outside waiting for a table to become available. |
