The staff was very friendly and helpful..The locatiion was excellent..Wife had medications that were cared for and they were kind about her problems with stairs and had us on the first floor...

had to wait in line for breakfast in a very narrow hallway...also would have liked some protein with breakfast..being a diabetic the entire breakfast was all carbs!!!

Close to all means of transportation. Cental location for major attractions.

Location is good for those who travel through London Victoria station ( first time it was rather hard to find the hotel but when you know the way its quickly). Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Convenient location near Victoria Station in a pleasant road with number 24 bus stop outside the door. Room was compact but clean and comfortable and there was no noise of London traffic. The breakfast croissants were out of this world! Will definitely book here again.

Although the coffee was excellent the machine providing it was rather slow if one was in a hurry in breakfast rush hour.

It's a really clean hotel with nice staff.

Really far away from Victoria metro station. It takes definitely more than 15 minutes to the hotel. The price of a room per night for a single person with shower but NO toilet is not that reasonable.

The location of the hotel is great. All the historical sights are very close to it.

The floors creak a lot, so you hear every step of your neighbours which is rather annoying especially when sleeping.

Location was very good.

Check in was stated as 11:30am, but were unable to have our room until 2:00pm. Staff were unhelpful, room was extremely small and poky, ie your knees were touching the sink when you were sat on the toilet. Bed was only 4ft for 2 adults and mattress although clean was rock hard with its springs poking into you - resorted to sleeping on the floor which was more comfortable than the bed - worst nights sleep ever!!!!!!!

Trainnee staff on duty that night could have been more respectful and professional in speaking to non EU guest, appalling.

The location and staff are excellent in this hotel. Especially a good base for the Marathon.

We have stayed here before and got a fabulous breakfast buffet, but the Sydney management have seen fit to remove this and replace it with a very poor continental breakfast. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again for that reason.

Location of this hotel is good, very conveniently located. Despite a rather underwhelming service otherwise, this factor is reason enough for me to recommend the hotel.

Pricey for what is offered. Surprisingly basic in terms of provision of normally-expected hotel services: no central heating (electric heater in room) and no free WiFi (not even in common areas) for example. A seemingly endless list of sign-off obligations upon check-in didnt exactly set a welcoming tone..
