The location was good and breakfast was nice, the room was nice but small. The room was small, barely enough room to walk around the bed! The breakfast room could not hold enough guests and we had to queue outside waiting for a table to become available. |

its position to london the helpful staff .cleanliness and value for money,excellent breakfast the ease of getting to victoria and theatres ie the 24 we enjoyed our stay,thanks to your hotel rooms on the small size ,and small dining room but no real problems |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and extemely clean. The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, although this wasn't a major problem for us, it may be for others. Didn't go for breakfast as it was a little early for a Sunday morning! The check out time & breakfast could be a little later, although this would probably mean check in would be later. Mini fridge would be ideal for warmer weather. |

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and next time when i'm in London i would stay there again. The staff were friendly and nice. The room was clean and comfy. Well some of the staff in the restaurant were looking angry and were not polite at all. |

Convenient to Chelsea Flower Show.Several decent Restaurants close by.Friendly and helpful staff. Lack of toilets in public areas. One toilet in reception for a Hotel of this size is unsatisfactory. Cramped Breakfast room. |

Location. Television partly blocked by Wardrobe (could have been better placed). No desk chair. There was no room for desk chair with useless night stand blocking. Ridiculous security deposit - this was a surprise and not consistent with any reasonable hotel. |

Near to all major attractions, and very good transport links to and very near to both train and bus stations, The beds were very comfy and staff were very helpful and the breakfast was substantial No very good hotel, and we are looking to book again sometime in the future!! |
