Sijainti erinomainen, samoin siisteys, pienet, mutta sievät huoneet. Huoneemme oli kadulle päin, joten liikenteen melu oli kova lähes koko yön. Sisälle kantautui myös ihmisten puhe jalkakäytävältä. |

Hyvä varustelu, iso TV, internet-yhteys, tuuletin katosssa, paikat kunnossa, siistiä Brittiläiseen tapaan ikkunoiden äänieristys kohtuullinen, tosin paljon parempi kuin muissa hotelleissa. |

Hyvä sijainti lähellä Victorian rautatieasemaa, kävelymatka keskustaan & nähtävyyksiin, hyvä bussiyhteys keskustaan (Trafalgar Square, Soho). Mukavia ravintoloita lähellä. Rauhallinen, turvallisen oloinen ympäristö. Siisti ja kivasti sisustettu huone, etenkin kylpyhuone 'englantilaisstandardia' tyylikkäämpi. Hyvä suihku :-) Erittäin huono valaistus huoneessa & kylpyhuoneessa, meikkaaminen hyvin vaikeaa! Kylpyhuoneen lavuaari 1.-2. päivänä tukossa hiuksista yms (tämä kuitenkin siivottiin myöh). Tungos aamiaiselle jos et ollut ajoissa paikalla. |

Sijainti on hyvä, myös Gatwickista saavuttaessa. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja huone melko siisti. Kylpyhuone oli todella pieni, mutta ajoi asiansa. |

The room was modern, clean and new. The breakfast was good. Service was good, checkin and checkout was fast. Wifi is not free, but look for another available network (probably from a nearby hotel) that offers free wifi, it works! The room was much smaller than I expected for the price. The TV remote stopped working, had to unplug the TV to turn it off (it was not the batteries). They ask you for a 25 pound deposit, the purpose of which is not clear since you have to pay for whatever you spent when you checkout anyways. |

Location is good. Walking distance to Victoria train/coach stations. Walking distance to Buckingham palace. The room has squeaky floors with worn out carpet. Beddings look so old and smell old too. I came in late and tired to care..then I was shocked in the morning to see the room in daylight. Checked out as soon as possible. |

The location was excellent. Walking distance from Victoria coach station,rail and tube links, and near Pimlico tube. Rooms were small but adequate, as you don't spend much time in the room. Breakfast good quality, English only though, no continental choice. The bathroom size was ok so long as you weren't overweight, then it would be a tight squeeze. Breakfast was good if you were early, but large queues formed after 8.30. |

Clean and comfortable. Excellent transport links. Good value - especially at "special offer" rates applicable during my stay. Breakfast pretty basic, Buffet-style food lying around in heated dishes, obviously been there for some time. |

A reasonable hotel for a basic overnight stay. Pleasant desk and breakfast staff. Good strong warm shower (but defective drains - see below). Breakfast was alright for me but limited. The basement corridor had a fusty smell. The bedroom had a minor damp problem on one wall. The plumbing of that room must be defective as it seems flushing the toilet syphons the traps on the shower and basin causing a really terrible drain smell. This is fairly easily stopped by running a little water into the basin and shower outlets but most people would not think of that. |

Clean and tidy room, up-to-date with double glazing windows etc. Well located, central yet still quiet area. Inferior breakfast buffet for those of us who who find the traditional English Breakfast impossible to deal with. Above all we missed fruit and a more interesting selection of bread than merely toast, but also boiled eggs, yoghurt and cheese. My suggestion is to make this the standard offering and charge extra for English Breakfast (or drop it!) |
