We liked the whirlpool which was so relaxing :) we had a great time and it was so romantic. The staff prepared the room with petal roses and candles. If we could afford more money we definetely stay more than one nights :) excellent location as it is 10 minutes walk from the lime street train station and 2 minutes walk (or less) from the shopping centre :)

They did not offer us shampoo and we were not informed about this. Also there was no small fridge in the rooom and the windows did not open.

Can upgrade to larger rooms for as little as £5 per person, I opted for a luxury hotel room so there was copious amounts of room. The electric blinds are quite fun we had a little seat in front of the window which was a nice touch but we were opposite a collage so had an interesting view of trainee hairdressers! What could you expect it is a city hotel, still I liked it, it worked well for the room. The hotel had excellent facilities, the bath was the selling point to me it has a 2 person whirl pool bath with a tv build into the wall. The staff are friendly and the decor of the rooms look amazing.

Had to call if you wanted anything, including if you wanted to get into the hotel as there is no reception. There are no bins either so they want you to call for a rubbish pick up. There are no phones so if for what ever reason you have no access to a phone, it can be difficult as you can't even get into the hotel. We called and had to wait half an hour before we could get into our room, the lady who met us then went away to look after another couple, not brilliant as we were in a rush. We had to wait even longer to get checked in since she had went to see another couple, she shown us to the room then said she'd be back. I walked around the hotel an could see no staff. I think more then one staff member should be on staff when people are to be checked in on the day. I have never had to call to check into a hotel. I think the service is lacking for a luxury hotel however I think the hotel is new and would stay again.

Me and my partner hardly slept as the noise from the streets wer just too loud! Double glazing is needed!! We asked the staff if they could move us and they said there's nothing we can do 'we can't turn the noise down' was there responce

Jacuzzi Bath Location

Didn't feel private enough as lockable doors were left open by other quests which made access to our room easy.

Everything, Faye was so nice and helpful both on check-in and check-out, The spa bath, with TV in bathroom was second to none, Thank you.

That was fantastic to stay in an apartment like Signature living! We will book it again next time! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything. I would recommend this over a hotel any day.

The staff were extremely friendly and met you when you arrived. We were also offered 20% discount at a range of restaurants in Liverpool including Alma de Cuba. The staff booked this meal for us.

The room smelt of damp as it was in the attic space of an old building. We have raised this issue with the staff and they offered a discount if we stayed with them again.

the heating facility is not warm enough in the room of new york.and when it rains, it could be really noisey in the room due to the window on the top. Apart from the above things, the rest is excellent.

Noise from street throughout the night( even on a monday)! Noise throughout the night from guests partying in other apartments which didn't calm down even though a nightwatchman was apparantley present

The shower in the Audrey Hepburn room was very poor
