Very poor customer service. Shower had no head on so was just a jet of water. Friends room had bad dirty toilet smell to it. Toilet seats loose. Just not a good place to stay.
You get what you pay for
the location minutes walk from tower
noisy street hotel is on even early hours of morning had difficulty sleeping.
Good location not far away from where we needed to be
The mold on the ceiling and the dirty carpet
Leaving the hotel
Every bit about the hotel dirtiest place I have ever stopped at never again
Staff where really good and friendly.
Stained sheets. Room and bathroom smelt like backed up sewage. wallpaper coming off the walls and everything thing in bathroom needs replacing it was grubby and needed new flooring because it was all saging. Shelf in bathroom coming off. All the cabinets were held up by loads of screws and nails which was sticking out. Needs new carpet because the other one was dirty and old and made the room smell musty. The room was crampt with the extra single bed could not move freely.
Everything, room was shabby and dirty
The location was excellent, just a short walk to the town centre and all the amenities
The room was like a matchbox, the facilities were poor, where the shower did not work and then in the second room you had to adjust the pressure of the water itself not the temp stat, in order not to have it too cold or too hot. Some staff were really good at their jobs and would do their best to make your stay comfortable, however there were staff that would avoid helping at all
Filthy ! I was threatened by staff and told to leave after first night stay as they didn't like complainers ! I was pushed by reception staff and told to leave by 11 am. Still arguing for refund !
Location was good and parking for the day around back.
The room needs updating and a good clean. The sheets were dirty and stained. Horrible foisty smell. Right by the road so very noisy. Other guests noise heard from all over. Breakfast was disgusting we had it elsewhere. People were leaving and arguing with reception a lot while we were there. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff were not very friendly.
The location and leaving.
The rooms, the bathroom, the bedding, having bunk beds. The breakfast was disgusting, we left and had breakfast elsewhere. We had young children and this is not recommended for young children for location and other customers.
the deco of the room. Cramped damp room. No sink plug. Peeled wallpaper. Dirty sheets. Old mouldy bathroom with broken sliding door. £5 for breakfast. Cereal and toast 'passed at that' really poor b&b won't return for sure!!!!!!
Value for money Nice light room
Eggy smell in bathroom Big dip in middle of bed
The location was fine.
The vile manager, dodgy electrics.
Dirty ,TV not working, no replacement ,bar no drinks, cold, etc etc etc
The location was excellent
No curtains on windows, shower looked dirty and had bed bugs
Staff was nice
The matres on the bed was hard not comfy and the shower temperature kept on changing on its own hence one minute it's burning hot and the next it's cold so I didn't enjoy my shower
There were stains on the bedding and hairs on the pillows, there were tissues down the side of the bed and you had to crook your neck up to see the t.v
room was at the very top, room smelt damp, general feeling of grubbiness, whole place was well overdue a makeover..
Staff. Clean bedding
Bathroom beyond small. Bed horrible. Tv broken. Sat on bed and could feel base. Put hand on matteress and pushed down slightly and could feel base. Won't be using again
Price, Tea/Coffee making Facilities, Tv, Proximity to town,
Thin walls lots of noise from other guests. sitting around waiting for reception to open at 3. scruffy room poorly maintained, one curtain hanging off one in wardrobe etc £3 for a bottle of beer.
The location was good for what we wanted
The damp smell throughout the hotel. The leeking radiator in the room which meant the carpet was very wet. The shower cubicle was dirty and the door had a hole in it. The uneven floor in the room. Overall the hotel was not very well maintained.
very helpful , and clean .
Too may stairs ,
