Staff were excellent - as was the food! The rooms were well furnished and very comfortable The room faced onto a main road - and so the window needed to be closed to minimise road noise. However the air conditioning did not work |

The hotel is very nice, excellent lounge bar area, friendly staff. Very clean - great breakfast! At the moment they are doing building work!! on the lower floor bedroooms - we were woken up a 8 in the morning on our second morning! Our room was situated directly above - drilling, hammering and dumping buliding materials - not nice! This went on to 5pm! Next morning the same even though the reception told me on the first day that this would not be the case. |

Very relaxing, even though there was a weddng taking place at the time, there was no inconvieniece to us. Just the sign outside the hotel. Which did not tell us the name and so we passed it> |

Staff were exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. Food was delicious and being a Coeliac it can often be a problem to get food that suits, no problem here. It was our first visit to Tyrone and I hope to get to visit again. |

The only positive was the cleanliness of our room The position of our (family) room...overlooking the main road and so noisy as a result...making sleep imposseble. The attitude of the staff was dissapointingjboth at reception and in the dining room. Breakfast on sunday morning very poor... |
