The design of our room was magnificent, and we liked the shower. Also quite near to the tube and many restaurants and supermarkets around. Besides some inconveniences it was fine for a few days!

Checking in I felt treated unfriendly by the member of staff. Also it is difficult to book with another one´s credit card because if they don´t reach the person for confirmation they simply lock your room and you can´t get in when you come home (like in our case).

The room was ideal for what we wanted, vwithin walking distance of West Kensington and Hammersmith tube and Hammersmith bus station. Very clean and comfortable room.

everything was perfect

My daughter and I were visiting the horse show at Olympia. The hotel was in easy walking distance to Olympia and within walking distance to the underground so that we could also visit tourist attractions in zone 1 and 2. We were able to pack much more in than expected. A cafe at walking distance from the hotel along Kensington High Street served an outstanding breakfast making our stay 5 star!!!

Everything was lovely

Quiet location, clean, modern rooms and good security at entrance. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful. Small fridge in room good for drinks, complimentary bottled water provided in room, with good choice of tea/ coffee/biscuit facilities.

No lifts but staff willing to carry heavy suitcases up and down stairs ! No iron in room

It continues to shock me how many hotels still do not 'get-it' regarding internet access... Especially small hotels. This hotel 'includes' internet for free, but it is a very slow 'throttled' internet and they give you an option to pay for an upgraded internet. This is very frustrating and not user friendly.

Everything was perfect and good value for money. As a solo traveller I felt safe at all times. Staff were helpful and pleasent. Would definitely stay there again

If I had to find something maybe the iron and ironing board in the wardrobe space could be a problem if staying longer as there wasn't much space left for clothes.

Location mainly. Room was tastefully furnished but too small for two persons with shower-room also too small. Not sufficient shelf or storage space.

Small but excellently designed room in a great location 2 mins from Olympia. Very clean and modern with very friendly and helpful staff. I will definately stay here again.

Friendly, efficient staff. Convenient location for Hammersmith - easy walking distance. Room provided everything we needed. Clean, warm, good use of space and could open the window if we wanted to. Free wi- fi was great.

No lift - not a problem but if you have big heavy bags it might be difficult. The room is small - fine, but don't expect a huge open space.

It was almost very nice - but there was the remains of a very old take away under the sink - very smelly. The microwave/oven did not work. The fridge smelt because it looked as if it never had been defrosted.

The staff were friendly.

The iron didn't work. There was no bath tub, only a tiny shower. The fridge smelled awful, so bad I could not open it. The staff were friendly but very disorganised and their booking system was hopeless. When I checked in they had no record of the reservation or whether a deposit had been paid. They entered the details into their system including an extra night that I decided to book, but when I checked out they had no record of the extra night that I had booked when I checked in.
