Simply Rooms & Suites  

The room was ideal for what we wanted, vwithin walking distance of West Kensington and Hammersmith tube and Hammersmith bus station. Very clean and comfortable room.

The staff were very friendly and were happy to help with everything. We were fine to check in half an hour early and leave our bags for them to look after when we checked out. We were upgraded to a suite from our room because there was one available which was lovely. The location was perfect for us, about 5 mins from Kensington (Olympia) and 8 mins from West Kensington. (Worth walking to West Ken for the tube as Ken Olympia only runs on a limited service).

Really warm with the heating and hot showers. Good tea and coffee etc facilities in the room and very polite, attentive staff.

The room was very small so it would have been very difficult with proper sized suitcases. I also thought is was expensive for such a small room.

We have used this hotel before on three occasions and it is very convenient and not excessivly expensive.

Clean, basic and knowing that I would not be spending too much time in the rooms - it was ok. The decor was great - bed was comfy - but small for two.

The rooms are small and even the executive room with a couple staying is too small. The bathrooms are wedged in and so are tiny - therefore not my preference. The bed was OK - but again - very small. When you book an executive room you expect a decent sized bed.

The room was perfect, even better than in the pictures!clean, comfortable, with all the facilities I needed, and more than I expected (kitchen simply perfect). The staff has been very friendly and helpful and the location is very central, so anywhere you need to go, I will not take you a lot of time! Perfect! I would recommend it and I will absolutely go back again!

Comfortable, clean, quiet, close to business venue

Compact room cleverly laid out. Plus very quiet, comfortable and clean. Would recommend. Also, plenty of car parking space outside the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and very stylish with everything needed for our stay. The room was very very good value for money and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was tea/coffee avaialble and a tv.

There was nothing I didnt like. It may be noted that if you stay in the best suites (like we were upgraded to) there are several sets of stairs to take, which may not suit everybody.

Location mainly. Room was tastefully furnished but too small for two persons with shower-room also too small. Not sufficient shelf or storage space.
