location price cleanliness
slight damp smell in public area a fair bit of noise from other rooms cannot turn off the bathroom TV speaker
Room clean and tidy Good location
Staff with attitude
Location was 200m from Olympia, our destination. All facilities in room and very tasteful decor. Excellent shower and bathroom in general. Very clean.
The room was small and a little tight for our luggage and us. But the room had all the facilities you may want and we could work around each other and our things without great difficulty. I was just trying to find a slight negative to comment on.
Very close to Olympia Exhibition Centre.
We liked the modern and clean look of the room, no old and broken down things, everything looked no onder than a few years. We also appreciated the waterboiler and the choice of tea, chocolate milk etc..
Though everything was new and up to date, the isolating wasn't. There was a big draft coming through the window, and the heater had been switched off.
Nice modern room and En-Suite. Comfortable bed.
No Lift to room on third floor, limited choice of tea and coffee as there is no breakfast available.
Nice location, friendly stuff and lovely clean room.
Internet a little bit slow but not too problematic.
The room was well appointed and the bathroom was clean and 'usable'. There was good security and the building and street were quiet.
The wifi required multiple log ins - this became frustrating after a number of days.
All staff were ready and willing to provide assistance when requested
Unfriendiliness attitude and lack of humor some staff
Convenient to Olympia and Earls Court Slightly off beaten track so quiet Air conditioning Free wifi
Not very central Room very warm on arrival Rooms not big
Clean and functional.
Direction Instructions from West Kensington Station were not correct and was difficult to find.
Clean and modern.
Uncommunicative receptionist - I felt I was an inconvenience to them. Room next to reception and walls paper thin - we spoke in whispers in case we got charged £100 for 'making noise'.
Its modern well appointed rooms with nice view to gardens.
It was advertised in Bookings.com as a Kensington and Chelsea location. It´s actually in Kensington but in the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
I pod speaker, cleanness of the room, friendliness of staff
the AC was not good enough. it was not easy to access the main tube stations.
It offers just a room but a very high standard. I usually stay in the Hilton round the corner but won't do again. This is a great hidden gem.
Compact, neat and efficient living.
The room was clean. The decoration was neat and minimalistic, allowing for room to move around, which one can very difficulty find in London. The kitchenette arrangement was particularly interesting and effective. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The location is good, a 8-15 min walk to a number of tube stations.
The towels had seen better days, but they were clean.
The rooms and the bathrooms are comfortable, although small. The kitchnette is handy. The location is great, with easy access to retaurants, public transport, and Kensington High Street. The staff are nice and helpful.
The cleaning is not thorough. I find marks left by the previous occupant in the potty and the kitchen sink. The hotel needs to invest a bit more on the cleaning side either by having more cleaners and/ or having proper daily inspection of the rooms and toilets. The future of the hotel depends on it.
The kitchenette and shower were clean, compact and good quality. Kitchenette is something I have never seen before but thought it was fantastic!!!
The bed was far too small and let down the suite, with the rest of the suite it felt like the bed was an afterthought and brought the experience down. Surely not too difficult to put in a king sized bed??
Slightly disappointed in reality after the reviews. The floor was cheap and creaked a lot. The towels left their fluff over our clothes. Not a luxury room as we expected
It was clean, quiet! There was good pressure in the shower! The staff was helpful! We really like the place!
It's maybe a little far from the centre of the city but easily accessible by bus or subway. There no elevator only stairs but only three stories. The floor is a little squeaky!
Good location, quiet neighborhood, supermarket and pubs close by, nice renovated rooms, fairly clean and quite comfortable. Good money for value. it worked well for a weekend getaway.
The squeacky floor can be quite annoying but its tolerable, some noise from upstairs but again, not really bad. Only one european socket. No difference between the executive and the classic rooms. None of these would keep us from coming back.
Clean, comfortable room with fast Wi-Fi and decent bathroom. A grocery store and laundry mat were within walking distance. A bit away from the main tourist attractions, but within walking distance of the district line tube, which is the same line as Westminister, etc.
The hotel had great amenities, such as an ipod dock, air conditioning, and fridge, but unfortunately when you'd leave for the day the electricity would leave with you. We didn't realize this and came home to spoiled food in the fridge. Staff was able to give us another key to leave in the room so the electricity wouldn't go off, but then a cleaning crew member removed it! Again, the fridge was warm when we returned. Quite annoying and not well planned to have a fridge that is constantly turning on and off with the electricity key. Other than that (and being a good 20 minutes into London by metro) this was a fine hotel -- it just depends what you're looking for.
The position of hotel is wonderful, the facilities are quite good.
The staff can be more passionate.
