Ideally located near London’s West End, this Townhouse hotel is close to Earl's Court and a 2 minute walk from the Tube (subway).
Score from 1380 reviews Good
In a quiet street, just a 2-minute walk from Earls Court tube (subway) station and Earls Court exhibition center, the friendly, family-owned Lord Kensington has free Wi-Fi.
Score from 462 reviews Good
Russell Court Hotel is situated just off Kensington High Street, a mile from Earl's Court Arena. It offers free Wi-Fi and Kensington (Olympia) Tube (subway) Station is just a short walk from the door....

Compact, neat and efficient living.
The room was clean. The decoration was neat and minimalistic, allowing for room to move around, which one can very difficulty find in London. The kitchenette arrangement was particularly interesting and effective. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The location is good, a 8-15 min walk to a number of tube stations.
The towels had seen better days, but they were clean.
The rooms and the bathrooms are comfortable, although small. The kitchnette is handy. The location is great, with easy access to retaurants, public transport, and Kensington High Street. The staff are nice and helpful.
The cleaning is not thorough. I find marks left by the previous occupant in the potty and the kitchen sink. The hotel needs to invest a bit more on the cleaning side either by having more cleaners and/ or having proper daily inspection of the rooms and toilets. The future of the hotel depends on it.
The kitchenette and shower were clean, compact and good quality. Kitchenette is something I have never seen before but thought it was fantastic!!!
The bed was far too small and let down the suite, with the rest of the suite it felt like the bed was an afterthought and brought the experience down. Surely not too difficult to put in a king sized bed??
Slightly disappointed in reality after the reviews. The floor was cheap and creaked a lot. The towels left their fluff over our clothes. Not a luxury room as we expected
It was clean, quiet! There was good pressure in the shower! The staff was helpful! We really like the place!
It's maybe a little far from the centre of the city but easily accessible by bus or subway. There no elevator only stairs but only three stories. The floor is a little squeaky!
Good location, quiet neighborhood, supermarket and pubs close by, nice renovated rooms, fairly clean and quite comfortable. Good money for value. it worked well for a weekend getaway.
The squeacky floor can be quite annoying but its tolerable, some noise from upstairs but again, not really bad. Only one european socket. No difference between the executive and the classic rooms. None of these would keep us from coming back.
Clean, comfortable room with fast Wi-Fi and decent bathroom. A grocery store and laundry mat were within walking distance. A bit away from the main tourist attractions, but within walking distance of the district line tube, which is the same line as Westminister, etc.
The hotel had great amenities, such as an ipod dock, air conditioning, and fridge, but unfortunately when you'd leave for the day the electricity would leave with you. We didn't realize this and came home to spoiled food in the fridge. Staff was able to give us another key to leave in the room so the electricity wouldn't go off, but then a cleaning crew member removed it! Again, the fridge was warm when we returned. Quite annoying and not well planned to have a fridge that is constantly turning on and off with the electricity key. Other than that (and being a good 20 minutes into London by metro) this was a fine hotel -- it just depends what you're looking for.
The position of hotel is wonderful, the facilities are quite good.
The staff can be more passionate.
good location, value for money. Clean room, basic facilities provided (including hair dryer which was a must for me as going to a business meeting); friendly staff, good for a short business visit to London
noise from outside from very early in the morning, windows are not noise isolated at all
The interior of the room is good and seems fairly new. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is great and is of high standard.
This is not a problem but it would be great to have breakfast provided there. However, there are plenty of cafes nearby for a breakfast.
clean rooms and helpful staff
The location was perfect.room was clean and modern.
The double bed was very small.
Top top hotel in a top top location and top top value for money.
Lack of top hats at reception. Not top at all.
Every thing that you needed for a night in London.
Internet didn't work.
The hotel is in a really good location and our room was quite spacious for a hotel room in London. I do have to make a special mention to the night time front desk receptionist, VIJAY, who was extremely helpful from the minute we checked in until we had to pick up our suitcases a little later in the night after we had checked out. We thought we might have missed the last train out of London but he looked up the latest train times and gave us maps & directions which were really helpful. He was probably the nicest and most helpful hotel receptionist we've ever come across. Overall the hotel was good but the service was what made our stay excellent.
Quick access to grocery and station.
Creaky floors. Tiny fridge.
The location was perfect. Nice restaurants near by, bus stations very close, and 3 tube stations within walking distance. The rooms were small and there wasn't a lift, but this was expected. It was in a quiet area where you easily could sleep thru the night.
The shower was a bit small and the shower head fell off while in use - ouch! The room appeared cleaned, but my feet got dirty the moment I took off my shoes so I left them on. The sheets & bathroom were clean - so it seems sweeping needed to occur.
the room was clean and modern with all you could expect in terms of facilities. Staff were polite and helpful.
Noisy floor covering was a bit of putting. Sounded a bit like walking on crinkly paper?
Air con was not working. Asked twice if it could be fixed it wasn't. Worse still no one ever spoke to me about it or offered any discount. Bad customer service....
There was a fridge and iron in the room.
The sheets appeared that it were already used and we found hairs on them. We had a room on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. So we had to go 60 stairs up everytime.
I liked the price.
Laminate floor, temperamental air conditioning in room, hard bed and noisy.
everything was good
the floors creak a bit
As good as we hoped for. Small room (not a complaint) but all the facilities and more that you would get from a more expensive place. Great for Shepherd's Bush and Olympia.
Maybe a little more noise around corridors than we would have liked, and the laminate flooring a little creaky in places. None of this would stop us using you again.
Had no blinds in the room and was told basically to get on with it. Couldn't speak to a manager and was only given an email not a phone number
