Charged me twice for the same room. Would not refund money. Bad experience.

They gave me a room with no window, like a shoes box and they said it was legal!!! It is illegal to let people stay like in a mouse trap!! The room I am talking about is # 3. No window!!

Almost perfectly with easy access, excellent condition furniture

The kitchen contains all the furnishing already missed the cutlery (great knives were). Very frustrating to get the right number of local lamp work only under the chandelier turned on, and the kitchen - in the absence of outlets - not to use the toaster and water heater installed only on the ground.

Excellent facilities for short stay business trip. Self catering facilities were good with adequate local shops for supplies.

My room was up about 6 flights of stairs - no lift and room, while well appointed was quite small

A lovely hotel just what we were looking for, bed was very comfy, staff were friendly, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, tea making items and a microwave all in the room. Speaker in shower which I liked.

Stairs, we were on the top floor and there is no lift so if you struggle with stairs or carry things i would avoid, however the staff may carry it for you. The lights don't work if you take the key card out which was a pain when my husband went out in the morning to the shop I had to stay in darkness.

Clean and modern. Audio feed from TV into bathroom was nice touch.

Small towels, multi-way light switches were a bit illogical and meant the lights couldn't be controlled properly, the electro-magnet holding the door open was hanging out the wall by it's wires, the kitchen tap wasn't tight enough and moved, 2 tea bags in a double room is a bit stingy, the wooden floors look nice but mean they are loud and the time on the TV was out by an hour, so you couldn't use the program guide.

The room was very modern and comfortable and the location was very convenient. The kitchen was well designed.

The milk provided for tea and coffee in the room was off.

Decor and amenities were excellent, staff friendly and location was very good. Would definitely recommend but would request a room on a lower floor next time

Room was far too hot even though it was freezing outside and we turned the heating off and AC on - not sure if this was because we were on the top floor

Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood ensuring I got good night's rest. Both the receptionist @ check-in and check-out time were friendly and welcoming. Room was small but comfy and clean. I got what I paid 4.

Very helpful staff, clean and modern rooms. Very reasonably priced for central London. Highly recommended.
