The restaurant, the room, the staff, location
location was ideal.breakfast was fab, all you need for an overnite shopping trip
Everything about this hotel was excellent and good value for money definitely will stay again 5stars
Everything was good
The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with directions and parking. The hotel was fantastic due to its central location and the facilities it presented. The bar area and bar staff were extremely professional which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much. :-)
The size of the breakfast was far to small for what we paid. Drinks were slightly over priced but really well presented. A light in the room wasn't working.
Nice midweek break by myself but would love to return for a weekend break with the missus. Everything was just great.
OK there was a bit of noise outside but it's what comes from being in a central location. I've stayed in many Liverpool hotels you hear noise from outide in them all.
Very pleased with our stay, good size twin room, with comfortable beds and seating. The room was in good condition and everything you wanted was included in the room. Excellent choice of breakfast, infact continental was so good we didn't have the included Full Ennglish breakfast
Outside road traffic a little noisy
Easy access and excellent informative and helpful staff, room we found was very comfortable and the food excellent also in central location convenient for anywhere we wanted to go without having to rely on various forms of transport, hotel itself was what I expected and great value for money parking with the discount very reasonable
The very central location made it an easy walk from Lime Street Station, the shops and the Pier Head. The City Sightseeing bus went from a few yards down the street.
The pillows were too small and insubstantial and there was a big gap behind before the bed-head started making the pillows fall down behind the bed. There was a large unsightly red stain on the carpet in our room. The roller blind wasn't up to the job and generally it all looked a bit tired.
Excellent value for money
The receptionists were quiet rude
nothing was too much trouble for the staff, very welcoming and very accommodating. A full English for £4 which was excellent value for money. I cant remember the last time I paid this little for a breakfast particularly in a city centre hotel
My room was on the 3rd floor it had a lovely view of Liverpool, was clean & very spacious.
What I didn't like was the pillows on the bed, I thought they were rubbish & there should of been more of them espically if u wanted to sit up to watch TV.
Friendly staff, location
Furniture in room was a little dated
The hotel was right in the centre of everything ,all of the shops , at johns markets,Liverpool one etc. Right beside all of the bus tops to anfield , airport. The hotel was so comfortable and at a very affordable price , our room was very cosy with a lovely view , the staff were lovely , I would definitely be revisiting !
Fantastic value. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast really good. Great location. Interesting building.
Bedroom and bathroom decent size and warm and comfortable but in need of refurbishment.
Dean Martin tribute night, very good music, excellent night.
This hotel was perfect for 3 days away together, the location is amazing, the hotel itself was lovely, breakfast was first class and the staff were professional at all times. I recommend this hotel highly and would be my first place to stay in Liverpool.
Only issue was room was cold, I did report it, and to be fair heating was on, it just seemed cold. But that is my only moan, and to be honest it was freezing temperature outside. But not enough to stop me going back to this hotel, everything else was perfect
-Location (5mins walk from lime street station and close to other attractions. -staff were very friendly and helpful. - dinner and breakfast were great. -room was nice and comfortable.
Location The chamber maid was really nice and provided us with extra duvet and pillows as a result of the previous nights chilling room temprature.
The place is located next to a club so till 3am in the morning you are subjected to loud bass, noisy revellers and traffic. There is no double glazing!! The room had one radiator in it and it turned off at a time when the room got really cold. I phoned reception to inform them and they told me it was on a timer and they would rectify it.Several calls later and nothing! Lastly, the bathroom window faced the outside street and with no curtains you could have been treated to an impromptu show!!
Girl on reception when I checked in very rude big long pointy nails that could barely work the card machine. Everything I asked was an effort for her. Never again
The Hotel is is a great location, staff very welcoming, as it was near Christmas there were a few Christmas parties therefore, great entertainment. Really enjoyed our stay, would recommend.
The room was freezing cold - apparently the heater is on a timer.
We liked everything. From checking in to checking out. All good. Hotel. Room .location. breakfast. All fab
The building is beautiful and close to everything we wanted room small but nicely decorated
Bed was painfully uncomfortable. The wind blowing through the window was enough to get the blinds banging back and forth
Eating and bar area good
Draughty sash window in room and no menu for evening meal available without a commotion.
