The location was excellent for the city centre facilities. The staff were friendly and efficent. Rooms are a bit dated , TV facilities were very poor on the day. |

I thought the room was very comfortable, being a female alone i felt secure in the room at night, i paid for breakfast in my room, which was reasonably priced, and the breakfast lovely the hotel was lovely, but the room i was in was very cold and draughty in the night, i had to request a blanket as there are no extra blankets in the rooms. |

not really anything likeable - the breakfast was ok. The room was small, poorly furnished and decorated and tired. The reception area was cold, shabby. The hotel was expensive (just £30 less than the radisson, for goodness sake |

Ideal location for exploring Liverpool, NCP car park about 5 mins walk away with hotel giving a discount on cost of parking. Noise in evenings was unbearable you would have not thought there was any windows in the room! The bathroom was very small, the net curtains were very dirty! this hotel is ready for refurbishing, We read a reveiw from someone day before we left and how right he was!! |

I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the food and very pleasant staff both at the bar and breakfast. Also the fact that the hotel is so close to the station and the centre of the city. Everything was good. |

Just the location The hotel is very old.Awful decoration in the room. The bathroom was very old and the bathroom curtain quite disgusting. The quality of the breakfast very poor and not much variety in the buffet to choose. |

The double bed in our room was only a 4" bed and didn't even reach the bedside drawers! Very uncomfortable. |

I thought the hotel was in the perfect location in the city for shopping and evening drinks with friends no taxis needed. We ate in the hotel for one night and the food was very nice. Also the rooms were big and comforfable all round its a great hotel and will be back very soon.... |

The bar is fantastic and the breakfast was nice. The staff were also pretty professional. I was very disappointed with the rooms in this hotel. Having stayed here when it was a Premier Inn I was expecting the new owners to have improved the standard of the rooms but it seems they just changed the duvet covers. The net curtains were filthy and the bathroom was tiny. Also when checking in ask not to be put in a room at the front as the noise from the traffic is unbelievable. It's as if there is no glass in the windows. |

Wonderful, humorous, helpful, friendly, welcoming staff. Ideal location near city centre. Affordable nightly rate. Hotel in need of upgrade. Nothing special about it.Very basic. Very dark club lighting in the bar area at breakfast?? Wi-fi connection very slow, remember the old dial up? |
