Food, Drinks (only wine was warm Rose wine), Rooms (tiles coming off the bathroom walls). It was digusting, but cheap.

The room was a fair size and the facilities in the room.

The room looked tired and the carpet had some stains. There was a constant humming noise which seemed louder during the night. Also the continental breakfast was poor. The TV had poor reception on most of the popular channels like BBC1

The staff were lovely, the sheets were clean.

This is the most disgusting, dirty, hotel room I have ever stayed in. The lampshades had cobwebs, the carpets had stains, floors tiles broken and ugly.TV Didn't work. Reception area was dusty.

It was warm, clean very friendly staff. Our room was very quiet with an en suite bathroom. For the price I think it is very good value.

Friendly receptionist on arrival. Clean room, able to accomodate our dog.

TV very small and too high up - neck ache.

Receptionist was very helpful/ friendly even though we arrived quite late (10.30pm). Bed and bathroom were clean.

Couldn't pay by card as machine was broken. No hairdryer in room. Bidet didn't work. TV so small that you couldn't really hear it from the bed.

Staff are excellent very helpful and friendly.

The room, was dirty, there was no hot water, the bath was disgusting. We complained to the reception, who was a young girl, all she said was the room across the hall had hot water!!! I have e mailed twice and phoned to get a refund and no one has got back to me!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! I wish I had read trip adviser first, there are many bad comments. I am going to write to the local newspaper and send them the photos.

Mould growing in the bathroom, carpet filthy, bed hard, sheets stained.... Was travelling with a 1 month old and we decided it wasn't clean enough so we stayed elsewhere. Cheap if you don't value your health. If owned by people who cared could be a nice little hotel.

Great staff very friendly

The staff were friendly and helpful and could not be faulted in any way.

In the evening there was only one person on duty, he was receptionist/barman/waiter and possibly cheff too. The hotel is extremely run down and over half the building is closed. The rooms although clean were very basic with a 1970s tv and the most uncomfortable bed.
