The staff were really helpful. It was great to have a two bed apartment so we could spend time with our friends. Great to have a kitchen. That there were two double beds in one room and only two singles in the second room |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently situated for shopping and entertainment. Our suite was at the top of the building so there were a lot of stairs to go up. A member of the hotel staff did carry our luggage up to the top. |

we were welcomed and staff were extemely helpful the suite was lovely and clean and had everything you could ask for it was all single beds which for a couple isn't very suitable however they did push together but could not secure them |

This an outstanding concept: small, well designed, luxury service flats in the middle of Aberdeen. Excellent staff and whoever heard of a British hotel with a european plug installed in the wall so you do not need a coverter! The buffet breakfast could have been better. Full Scottish the next time! |

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. My daughter visited us in the morning and when we asked to pay for her to join us for the continental breakfast, were told it was fine, no problem and no charge! Very minor point, the bedside lamps were both controlled by one switch. A minor inconvenience. |

Excellent service. We arrived at 12:30 at night having driven from Inverness where we could not get any accomm. I had my parents and two sleeping children. Staff welcomed us warmly and helped us to park car and get bags to rooms. Could not be happier. |

Great service and value for money. The apartments are very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and breakfast supplies are generously replenished in your kitchen every day. No. It is one of the best serviced apartments I have ever stayed in with exceptionally helpful staff. |

The apartments were central in aberdeen , They were spacious, very clean and well maintained.We had booked a 1 bedroom studio and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The Continental breakfast was ample , for 3 days we were provided with 3 pints milk, a loaf of bread, 10 packs of cereal and 2 cartons of orange juice. there was also ample tea, coffee, sugar and butter sachets. We would certainly stay here again. |
