The price was excellent we shared a room for three. The outside space was lovely. Staff were accommodating friendly and helpful. Could do with a bit of sprucing up in the rooms and corridors but nothing stood out

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Hotel in the last 2 Months and we saw a marked improvement both in the way the staff were and the standard of the bedrooms -

The room was very spacious and clean and staff helpful. We attended an event with a set menu and wanted a gluten free option - the option was the same roast dinner as everyone else but with no gravy! A little more effort on the chef's part would have been appreciated.

We thought the room was first class. Knew of hotel but never had reason to use it before as close to home. However, we had our Christmas party at this hotel and the whole stay was excellent. My wife and I made our comments to the reception staff as we were very impressed with the party, the hotel facilities and the standard of accomodation.

Excellent service - any requests we had were answered and phone was always picked up in the reception no matter what time. Food and drinks were lovely and room service didn't take long at all. The room was clean and very homely with brilliant spa facilites just accross the street. Prices were a bit steep for food and drink. Would have liked the spa to be in the same building but this is not a huge problem.

Room ok clean. Polite staff. spa not open due to maintanance, fine but a call before we arrived would have been nice. I was racing at Mallory park my partner was to chill and relax so that didnt happen for her. Had to return food overcooked and undercooked. Staff cleaning cuttlery behind us ching ching every second at dinner very annoying.breakfast was ok apart from radio on at a thousand decibels with some rock band music. clean though comfortable. Whoever painted your hotel should give up the trade,as quality of finishes poor.

Lovely room, nice receptionists Too many young people getting very drunk and noisy. Dining room too large and open therefore very noisy. The bar is poorly laid out - can't sit around the tables unless on boxes and you can't see the TV
