size of the rooms was OK. Breakfast was good. Awful shower, water was warm, but only a small trickle of water. Leaking tap in the washbasin. |

Room was clean. Bed not that comfortable but I slept. Room was quiet and fit for purpose. Short stay and clean. I was not aware that I was supposed to phone and book the bus. Stressful at the airport after a long flight. |

Proximity to Gatwick airport The room was fine but the public areas could do with updating and lack of a lift might be a problem for some. Although not up to the standard of say, Premier Inn, it was quite a lot cheaper - depends what you're looking for. For an airport stopover it was perfectly adequate. |

It gives you the opportunity to relax before a long flight or after a long flight No lifts to upper floors which makes it hard if you have luggage with you |

It's proximity to Gatwick Airport. The smell in our room wasn't pleasant and there was no mattress protector on the bed - we could feel the mattress buttons under the sheet. |

Comfortable room, very good restaurant, convenient to Gatwick and much better value than Prenier Travel Inn and Holiday Inn. Room in the roof a little noisier than we have had previously. |

It made an ideal (and reasonable) stay before and after our holiday abroad - and on-site car parking a great bonus |

shuttle bus to airport Staff did not have breakfast arranged with person in restaurant even though it was included in price. There wasn't clean cutlery at our table for breakfast, dirty glasses from bar from previous night left on counter in restaurant/bar. |
