I like breakfast in the hotel, I like transport to the Gatwick airport which was included in room price. I din't like the room, I was not able to have a bath or shower cos poor cleanliness in bathroom. Furniture was old with holes and bed was broken. |

We have stayed here frequently during the last 10 years and were pleased with the recent renovations. Free bus to Gatwick Clean and good value for money. The new soap dispensers in the bathrooms are very dificult to use.And no wireless internet. |

Helpful pick up staff and mini bus to and from airport, reasonably priced evening meal and air conditioned rooms At first our second booking was lost as I had not printed out the email but I can't print but the room was great when we sorted it |

Staff, bathroom, television, breakfast, air conditioning and airport transportation all good. An excellent value when compared to The Gables down the street that I stayed in 10 days previous. No internet. The parking area was rough and unkempt. There is a dumpster overflowing with construction debris right next to the dining room entrance. |

I liked the simple shuttle service, the value for money and the clean lovely rooms. They don't have any lifts so it's not great if you have stuff you don't want to lug around. |

This hotel is very convenient for an overnight stop at London Gatwick Airport and they offer complementary transfers between the hotel and the Airport (both directions) |

none of the staff were english, and hard to understand,and totally unhelpful . the food was expensive and dreadful,frozen chips and cod 9 pounds , the light didnt work in my room. infact the hotel was not good value , even at the price it was, the windows were locked so it was too hot, and couldnt get any fresh air. in other words i wouldnt return ..the pillows were hard, |

The front staff and driver had excellent customer service the shower wasn't giving hot water but the front desk attentively resolved our problem and our stay continued as comfortable |

This hotel is perfect for staying at when travelling via Gatwick Airport. The room stay and car park package is superb! |

This hotel is great for its proximity to Gatwick Airport - we stayed there both before and after our holiday as we had connecting flights to catch. They offer a courtesy pick up/drop off service to the airport. They do not have a lift - stairs with a full suitcase packed for a 2 week trip is not great! |
