Easy to find Very dated and run down, no heating or hotwater. Very bad experience for a pre-flight stop over. Would like a refund as I feel these are basic requirments. |

The room was nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable The hallways and corridor need up-dating as the decor is quite old fashion, however i think this is something they are currently working on. |

Room was clean & modern & bed comfortable The hotel was hosting a christmas function and 'shipped' their other guests down to a makeshift room for dinner and breakfast which was characterless, unwelcoming and clearly a temporary fix. Function guests spent the whole night swearing, shouting and banging doors and, despite a complaint to management, we were still being disturbed at 5.30am. The hotel is great for a cheap overnight stay, but do check if they have a function on. If they do - my recommendation would be to steer well clear!! We wouldn't stay there again. |

The shuttle service was very convenient. The staff efficient and friendly. Room was clean and furnished well. Excellent value for money. Very minor point - bath was unusually narrow |

The courtesy and help received from the staff......the more than adequate restaurant facilities........the attention to detail in every area Upon my return to pick up my vehicle,i was found accomodation for that night,at a moments notice,as I didnt want to have a long drive after an exhausting days travelling,FIRST class treatment !! |

The Skylane was about 5.5 miles from the venue where i was on a training course so it was idealy sittuated. |

The navette was prompt and quick - so no worries about catching flights. The service was courteous and unfussy. The room was simple but impeccably clean. Difficult to beat quality/price. UHT milk! |

The hotel is convenient for the airport and makes a good stop over, would not choose the hotel for a long stay. The bedrooms were good and the beds were very comfy. Seemed to be a mix match of things needs decorating and freshning up specialy the carpets. |

Clean affordable accommodation close by the airport with shuttle bus included in the price. Food also reasonably priced. Corridor between reception and the bedrooms still requires updating. |

size of the rooms was OK. Breakfast was good. Awful shower, water was warm, but only a small trickle of water. Leaking tap in the washbasin. |

Being able to leave my car at the hotel while we were abroad and good shuttle to and from Gatwick airport No lift and having to carry 2 suitcases and travel bags up and down 2 flights of stairs at age 65 was not very easy |

Room was clean. Bed not that comfortable but I slept. Room was quiet and fit for purpose. Short stay and clean. I was not aware that I was supposed to phone and book the bus. Stressful at the airport after a long flight. |

Proximity to Gatwick airport The room was fine but the public areas could do with updating and lack of a lift might be a problem for some. Although not up to the standard of say, Premier Inn, it was quite a lot cheaper - depends what you're looking for. For an airport stopover it was perfectly adequate. |
