Location was good for what we had planned as very close to the motorway and to Uxbridge. Rooms were basic and a bit dated although found beds comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, especially as it was included in the rate. The shower in our room was powerful. Outdated hotel, with little customer service. Staff were not easily locatable when you had a query. No information in our rooms about the hotels checking out times or breakfast times or about the indian resturant it was connected to. Breakfast was only served until 9am, even on a Sunday, which I considered very early for a weekend. However for a one night budget stay this hotel met all my needs, but wouldnt recommend staying here for an extended trip.

The rooms were of a decent size. I was put in a room with twin beds to start with when i had asked for a double room. when they gave me a key to a double room , somebody belongs were in there . The room i then got the light didnt work in the bathroom. There was holes in the wall and i couldnt open the window as it was locked. I finally moved to another room there was cobwebs hanging from the ceiling just a light bulb in the ceiling rose, no lamp shade. Disappointed to say the least.

I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone, nothing was right. The decor was awful, the bed was rock hard, the sheets were old and thin, the bed was covered in a manky blanket. The shower ran out of hot water halfway through my wifes shower and before I had showered myself. The cooked English breakfast turned out to be one sausage, one rasher of bacon and one hard fried egg. The Hotel was further away from the station than was said in its description. Do not stay there unless you have low expectations.

It was booked for business and the rate looked good on the website considering it is in slough. Breakfast consisted of 1 egg 1 sausage and 1 bacon and nothing else! And the hotel is pretty run down.

Working in London but can't afford London prices. Cheaper to stay in Slough and drive in. Hotel about 2 miles from M4 junction and easy to find. Indian Restaurant forms part of hotel which is clean and comfortable. Quite a simple buffet breakfast from 7am (buffet with juice, cereals, toast and beans) but fine for my purposes

Very little. The rooms were sparse & there were no fittings in the shower room. The 'supposed' English breakfast was one small sausage, one rasherof bacon & one egg. There was no cutlery or condiments on the table & no serviettes available. The coffee served was barely enough to fill two cups & there appeared to be a reluctance to refill the small jug in which orange juice was provided.Generally an impression of everything being done as cheaply as possible.

Plenty of parking and a large room more like a suite. The laminate floor although more hygenic was very noisy from the people above at 11.30pm and early morning around 6am.[Not sure if this was staff accomodation.] The cooked breakfast element consisted of one egg, one bacon, one sausage which was poor but the buffet breakfast table was nice and you could help yourself to toast, baked beans, cereal and yogurt. The Hotels Indian Restaurant was closed for refurbishment so there was no where on site to eat when we arrived at 8.30pm

The original room we were given was badly air conditioned due to the design of the hotel - the windows did not open out to the outside air , but opened into another premises - very odd design for a hotel. I did complain and was given another alternative room which took a while as there was a language problem. There was building work outside going on until 12.15 am , this should have been explained at the time of booking.

It was well located to walk to Eton and Windsor Castle and was on the road to Heathrow. It had wifi. The road in front of the hotel was dug up and it was hard to find. The rooms were old and not updated.

It was close to the airport and the price was the most reasonable we could find nearby. The room was not ready even after the published time for check in. There was no bedspread or bedskirt. The room was not fresh smelling. We were not able to access wifi in the public places. The bathroom was very sparse.

For me the location for an overnight stop was the best as it was close for a pre arranged meeting early in the morning. The beer and curry menu offered to residents seemed a good value but I had already eaten. They could improve staff customer relations, a smile would not go a miss, I did not get a welcoming feel. Some parts of the Hotel need tidying up and the rooms given a deep clean in the corners. I would not use the Hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. Breakfast was average. I was expecting worse from the stay as I had read some other reviews prior to attending but I was too late to cancel the booking, I will look at reviews more closely in the future before booking.

Wonderful Photo's of the rooms on Booking.com - but beware!! The photos of the rooms on the booking.com website were by far more attractive than reality. First Impression, the counter at reception was dirty and sticky to touch. In the room the cleanliness was just passable, but the Bed was cheap, uncomfortable and stained. I asked for a room change and got it, but it had the same cheap uncomfortable bed! And the furniture was poor - In the morning the cleaning staff entered my room before I had checked out very annoying! - At checkout the manager asked me to pay cash! Claiming his Card Machine wasn't working. I said I didn't have cash, so suddenly the machine was working? I'm a travelling Sales Rep and stay in Hotels all the time. I've had some great deals on Booking.com and mostly I get Value for Money, but not this time. My impression is this is very much a low budget hotel and the Bedroom Photos on the Website absolutly did not live up to what I actually got.

I loved the peacefulness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. My main like was the food the restaurant offered. The cuisine was delectable, cultured and had a wide range of the most tastiest Indian cusine I have ever encountered. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. They don't have a hotel closer to my hometown :(

“We needed an early check in which i forgot to request at the time of booking. My brother phoned a few hours before our arrival and the room was ready as soon as we arrived which was excellent news after an overnight flight from miami. The room was much better than we were expecting, the beds were very comfortable and the shower room was absolutely beautiful and we would definately recommend it to friends. We had a meal in the hotel and the staff were rushed of their feet they were so busy but this didnt stop them from providing excellent service and with a smile. The meal we had was excellent as well and we will return in the future.” Angela, Wick Caithness |
