Spacious large room
Razor /light faulty Cooked breakfast on cold plates
Basic hotel with bar and restaurant next door Staff was helpful: they let us take our bicycles to the room
It is nice to have parking and reasonable in house restaurant.
The Hotel is ok
Price and location, comfortable bed
grotty cigarette butts just outside the windows rooms never got cleaned tv in room broken with wires hanging out
friendly staff ,near to LEGOLAND ,good breakfast ,clean ,nice restaurant .good value for money
Single room very small ,
Everthing the room was filthy the bathroom was unuseable the beds were stained the staff were down right rude we didnt even attempt breakfast which we had paid for no wonder reception insisted on payment before we were taken to our room. There was evidence of prostitution in the building and myself & teenage daughter were approached by a male guest very frightening . Booking.com need to erase this hotel from their site immediatly absolutley disgusting booking.com should be ashamed.
convenient for Slough and Windsor.
Dirty room rude staff dirty bathroom
The food is cheap /nice breakfast
The rooms just need some finishing touches a bit sparce
Was convenient to where was working
No milk for drinks sink hanging off wall no remote control for tv hot tap loose needed to hold with 1 hand while turning on no wardrobe just hooks on back off door strange smell in room emanating from cupboard full of excess bedding and mattresses
The headline says it all, please do yourself a favour and book elsewhere, horrible aggressive staff, very poor cleanliness and sub standard room should have sleapt in the car
The bed is a camp bed very uncomfortable and the bed sheets very horrendous, the ensuite is so small you have to walk sideways, no mirror in there the taps were insecure and the hot water was luke warm. Worst experience of my life!!!!!!!
The rooms were good for the price and the beds were clean The food was good to and the staff were helpfully
the room a bit run down but for the price we were happy because they were all clean
The room was spacious. I wasnt sure how to stop the ceiling fan but that didnt pose too many issues.
I felt rushed. The greeting to the hotel wasnt very friendly. the presence of police on the premises worried me. i slept well enough but the morning was also hurried. i had breakfast and felt i had to finish eating quickly, as i was approached by staff 10mins before 9am. i was not given permission to have one more refill of coffee from the prepared filtered jug of coffee. i was asked when id be leaving after breakfast. i decided to hand in the keys eary and left. id suggest a friendlier attittude from staff towards guests.
Noisy poor facilities rooms basic do yourself a favour stay away from this hotel
Fridge was old and so made lots of noise. had to switch off during night as kept me awake
Location was ok
Water streaming through the roof during a rain storm. Totally disinterested staff. Dirty rooms.
It was 10/15 mins drive from Windsor high street.
Decor, very old and tatty, bedroom was noisy on the main road. Bed was very old, mattress was even worse.Pillows flat.Bedlinnen very off-putting. Bathroom grubby, shower head very scaled-up. Shower itself wasn't powerful at all. The whole place needs knocking down and re-building. Breakfast was horrible-cheap sausage, cheap baked beans, horrible coffee.Cereal was all in an open bowl, allowing Flies and anything else to land on it. Would never go there again ever.
breakfast was good
The main reason is that the furniture was very poor, especially the bed as it was held together with chipboard and screws. Loose electrical fittings was another issue that really needs looking at. I have taken photos to for back up so let me if you wish me to forward them to you. Apart from this the room although of a good size was right on a main road so therefore I didn't get very much sleep at all and I had to be at Heathrow for 6:20am to meet a client.
Tv in room. Coffe making facility
Toilet moved when sat on. Mouldy ceiling in bathroom. Room in desperate need of redecoration. Floor in room was buckled and moved when walked on. Breakfast dissappointing. Cleanliness dissappointing.
Clean, nice simple room, good location for travelling through
Breakfast is ok, not fantastic.
Did not sell BEER only lager.
The large room, excellent shower. Good to have a fridge. The Italian restaurant adjacent was one of the best I have ever eaten in - the lasagne was superb. Had large 3 piece suite in room which was good.
We are registered Disabled and asked for a ground floor room. On arrival, had to do at least 20 stairs - had help going up but that was it. I broke my suitcase & wheels descending. We were disturbed by many bluebottles buzzing about & dive bombing us at night but this was due to excessive heat, not managements fault. No shower gel - very basic.
