Clean comfortable room, helpful staff. Breakfast could be improved. e.g. fresh orange juice and edible scrambled eggs plus bacon added to menu. |

I took a reduced weekend rate and therefore the hotel met my expectations, however I would not be prepared to pay full price. The location, the standard of the bathroom install as the shower didn't drain and therefore backfilled waste into the tray as well as not getting hot dispite passing the safety stop. The time taken to check in (only one person on reception, the other person was elsewhere engaged), the very inexperienced bar staff. |

it was very quiet and nobody disturbed. My key expired every day so I had to go to the reception to "update" it every day during my stay (6 days). This was really annoying! |

room comfortable and modern no biscuits with tea making facility, remote not working - reception staff told me there were no spares and no batteries, and i was lucky to have one at all as most were stolen. Ironic, as 'having one' not working meant exactly the same and surprised at comment. |

Friendly staff and clean room with good bathroom facilities. Was quiet at night in rooms. Breakfast was cold including bacon beans sausage. Needs improving. Some guests were noisy in the Bar area which disturbed people who had been working all day like me.Cofee machines only during day. Atmosphere a bit souless and commercial.Needs uplifting tastefully. |

Apart from having my car broken into in the car park, not much to complain about. Staff were helpful in sorting out, but I understand from other hotel users that this is not an isolated incident. The police were unable to get much useful info from the CCTV due to the picture quality. The steak I ordered was medium to medium well done, which is a long way from the blue steak I asked for, too. |
