Restaurant in basement
Size of shelf area around sink. No hooks to hang anything in bathroom. No heated rail to dry towels. Only one chair for two people.
Within easy walking distance of the underground and DLR. Very comfortable large room. Quiet rooms are at the back but overlook the service area (We weren't there to look at the service area and were out all day) Will definitely stay here again if we go to London in the future.
Heating/air conditioning took its time to adjust to changes in the required temperature. Restaurant a bit of a jaunt on the lower ground floor.
Great value for money and a much bigger room than some of the more expensive hotels I have previously stayed in.
Unexpectedly quiet considering the location. Comfy bed. Helpful staff - always on hand.
Free Wifi dropped out a few times but always reconnected.
The staff were fantastic especially with the children (3 and 5 yr old). The room was massive and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and although we were on the ground floor next to a roadway, we didn't hear a thing!
The food was very overpriced for what you got. We had to wait over an hour for our first course to be served and when you have 2 hungry small children with you its a LONG hour's wait.
Very comfortable room, good position, friendly staff. Modern and clean hotel. The beds are great. One evening we ate in the restaurant hotel: great food.
- the bed. it was excellent and i slept as a kid - the hotel really did it best to keep the quiet evironment for its guests - very clean. - location was great for my purposes
- some little nuances in the room set up - some other little nuances in customer service
Staff was exceptional and the restaurant pretty good.
The free WiFi kept kicking me off and a gym would have been nice.
In a great location very close to the Tower of London. Massive rooms and great showers. Could have a had a party in the room it was that big
Made sure the do not disturb sign was INSIDE before we left on the first day. When we returned it had been moved to the outside door handle and no one had cleaned or left fresh towels. The staff on shift did sort it out quickly once we complained
Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfasts, very good transport links.
Would like to have a plug beside a mirror to operate heated roller - I always have to take an extension lead with me The plug on the dressing table was too far from the mirror to be useful.
staff was friendly beds very comfortable rooms were comfortably big trans port nice and close would defiantly stay there again
Location was very good. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Staff were helpful. Children loved the breakfast buffet.
Staff, room and breakfast all excellent
Nothing. However did not know of free wifi time or would have brought ipad
Staff - friendly, helpful and courteous Location - near the underground and restaurants Bed - very comfortable
I am not that keen on the pillows. Too hard.
Clean and an excellent welcome on arrival by the staff and also when we checked out, so polite. If you don't want to eat at the hotel there is a Wetherspoons just on the corner of the road.
Good food & staff
No heating in room for two nights, wifi slower than Royal Mail, bar closed early, safes did now work, no iron.
I liked everything about this hotel. The staff are great, the rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and varied. The metro, over grounds trains, DLR and buses are all within 5 minutes walk. I'm only sorry I couldn't extend my stay because the hotel was full.
We like everything about the Premier Inn, this is the first time we had stayed in one, but we know now we will always go to Premier Inn in the future.
size of room, location of hotel friendliness and helpfulness of staff
Beds are fabulous as are the pillows. Shower great too.
Staff knowledge. Walked blocks away for the tour bus when the stop was just around the corner. Girl at the desk had no knowledge about tour bus routes or what was available.
Comfortable bed, spacious room, good breakfast, able to take dinner to room, close to tube stations and bus route. Easy and quick checkin and checkout.
No bath even though I thought I would get one,but wasnt a big issue.
Location was great. Staff were friendly and kind to the children. Beds were comfortable.
Bed was lovely, had decent TV channels and room was in good condition, location was quite good.
It's December and they had absolutely NO heating on! They give you a very small heather which doesn't do the trick and we was literally going into the hotel to get ready within the hour and it was unbearable how cold it was. Only discovered the next day you can use the aircon as a heater but that then gave us a cough (which I still have!) and was unrealistic to use all the time. Not that having any sort of heating on helped how horribly cold the bathroom was! For £300 for 2 nights it was ridiculous. Oh and no room service!
