Location was very good. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Staff were helpful. Children loved the breakfast buffet.
Staff, room and breakfast all excellent
Nothing. However did not know of free wifi time or would have brought ipad
Staff - friendly, helpful and courteous Location - near the underground and restaurants Bed - very comfortable
I am not that keen on the pillows. Too hard.
Clean and an excellent welcome on arrival by the staff and also when we checked out, so polite. If you don't want to eat at the hotel there is a Wetherspoons just on the corner of the road.
Good food & staff
No heating in room for two nights, wifi slower than Royal Mail, bar closed early, safes did now work, no iron.
I liked everything about this hotel. The staff are great, the rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and varied. The metro, over grounds trains, DLR and buses are all within 5 minutes walk. I'm only sorry I couldn't extend my stay because the hotel was full.
We like everything about the Premier Inn, this is the first time we had stayed in one, but we know now we will always go to Premier Inn in the future.
size of room, location of hotel friendliness and helpfulness of staff
Beds are fabulous as are the pillows. Shower great too.
Staff knowledge. Walked blocks away for the tour bus when the stop was just around the corner. Girl at the desk had no knowledge about tour bus routes or what was available.
Comfortable bed, spacious room, good breakfast, able to take dinner to room, close to tube stations and bus route. Easy and quick checkin and checkout.
No bath even though I thought I would get one,but wasnt a big issue.
Location was great. Staff were friendly and kind to the children. Beds were comfortable.
Bed was lovely, had decent TV channels and room was in good condition, location was quite good.
It's December and they had absolutely NO heating on! They give you a very small heather which doesn't do the trick and we was literally going into the hotel to get ready within the hour and it was unbearable how cold it was. Only discovered the next day you can use the aircon as a heater but that then gave us a cough (which I still have!) and was unrealistic to use all the time. Not that having any sort of heating on helped how horribly cold the bathroom was! For £300 for 2 nights it was ridiculous. Oh and no room service!
Good Staff Clean Big Room
Internet not free Parking Space
Everyone was so helpful. We asked a lot of questions about how to get around and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got the right information.
In the bitter cold of winter, it's a bit of a walk (7-10 min)to the train station. I had my grandparents with me, and they had a bit of a hard time with that.
Only wished we could have spent a bit more time there as the room was absolutely lovely
I like the fact that you can trust Premier Inn you know exactly what you are going to get, and I've not been disappointed yet. Most of all the Good Night Guarantee.
Would stay again

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Lovely clean room and brilliant breakfast. Will definitely be going back!
There was nothing we didn't like - all positive!
Location, actual quality of facilities (rare for London unless you are rich), good breakfast, quiet, comfortable beds, good sized rooms.
No workable safe in rooms, no mini bar, mandatory payment in full on check-in, ugly view from the room, outdated heating system with hot air blow = very dry air in the room, wi-fi has to be paid for more than 30 min use.
I was very impressed with this hotel. My friends and I thought the staff were absolutely wonderful - very efficient, professional and helpful.
Lovely room, lovely welcome and breakfast. The bed really is super comfy as per advert!
Logged on but could not download emails - was late. Phoned reception who apologised and said they would look into it. I received no further info or a call back. Was a concern/ stress as needed to access for work!
The hotel was spotlessly clean, nice size room, lovely comfortable beds and a superb shower. I stayed there with my grand-daughter who is a student at uni living in Whitechapel. She wasn't well when I visited (sore throat and cold) so she stayed with me at the hotel and she loved the comfort that the room provided.
Although the hotel was lovely the location wasn't quite right for us.
Great v helpful staff. Children had their own single beds in our HUGE family room. Great sleep and massive hit shower. There was no hairdryer though
No hairdryer in room
