We were on a citytrip with 4 (2 adults, children 11 & 14) very nice and spacious family-room. Excellent beds, rather small bathroom but nice shower. Breakfast was ok with nice staff. Underground runs on the back of the hotel but you hardly notice it. |

the room was very big and clean. The shower was great with hot water ander the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the room, we didn't hear any traffic. Beds were short for me (i am 1.87). There is not a lot you can do in the surroundings, the hotel lies in the financial district. |

The staff were very accommodating and the location quiet but safe. I'll definitely consider Premier Inns for future bookings. The general London map they had at the front desk did not show the area around the hotel. An additional local map would be very useful. |

The locations was actually very central. Bus and metro was 2 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and room was sharply clean. The provisions in the room were very limited. No fresh water to drink and no provisions in the bathroom that I had to actually buy them seperately. |

The third bed for child was absolutely appalling and my child had to end up sleeping on an arm chair with legs on the bed, if that is what you would call it. |

it was a handy location to explore london from close to the tower of london and underground station so you could be almost anywhere in the city within 30 min. all in all most of the staf were friendly and helpfull except for the guy on the desk when we checked into the hotel he came across as uninterested and almost to the point of being rude justs going through the motions. i must say the following morning the girl that greeted us in the dining room was a breath of fresh air very helpfull and made us feel welcome. the bar staff could also not be faulted. i also watched as a guest that had booked her room for the wrong day was given great help by a girl working on the desk and my son noted she was lucky to not have the same guy as we had. but for him i would have no real faults with our stay but it set the tone of the hotel as he was the face of the company. |

Good room. Charge for internet service as opposed to free. That is a guest unfriendly policy. Most hotels of standing provide their guests internet access, as they should as a courtesy for staying there. |

The rooms are very comfortable and large. We loved the shower, which was new and spacious. We asked one day for a taxi and the hotel provided us a particular one (without telling us) with no taximeter, and at the destination we found out that we had to pay a very high tarrif. |

This particular hotel was ideally placed for access to the Underground, tourist attractions, etc. The rooms were very clean and in good condition. The reception staff were particularly polite and helpful. Our only criticism was that Sunday breakfast at 9am was very busy, congested and there were insufficient staff to cope with the numbers. I felt so sorry for the very helpful but overstretched Italian lady trying to organize everyone. |

Really big room which was very clean and modern; ditto the bathroom which had excellent shower; very big and comfortable bed; digital Tv/radio; decent size coffee cups and real glasses (as opposed to plastic); no traffic noise at all (but then we were the 5th floor at the back); easy room temperature adjustment; very friendly and helpful staff would prefer a wider selection of hot drinks; shower flooded the bathroom as the shower door hadn't been fitted properly |

The hotel staff was great! We were on our honeymoon and enjoyed the stay at the hotel tremendously. The hotel is located in the Tower of London area, 5 minutes walk from the Tower Hill tube station. The room was large and comfortable and we also enjoyed the english breakfast served in the hotel. |
