Comfortable hotel with a great location in the City No bathroom fan, so after a shower the hotel room was a little humid, which might be a problem in the summer |

All the staff were friendly without being intrusive, encompassing in a proffesional way. Nothing was too much trouble we were there during the tube strike, we were offered assistance with bags and suggestions on routes and transportation. Was worried about nearness to rail line and main road, once inside couldn't hear a thing. Location makes it difficult to load or unload from a taxi straight outside. Can be a bit dangerous dodging traffic to get across the road. The direction instructions weren't easy to follow because of junction configuration and closness to rail line. |

v clean. easy acess to the City. I requested a firm pillow but was told they didn't have any. At £150 incl breakfast it is expensive for a Prem Inn. |

Disappointed that the toilet roll was out of a dispenser (like a public toilet). Also there was no bath |

I liked the close proximity of the hotel to different attractions (especially the Tower of London) and to the tube station. |

The hotel was very quiet, no road noise. The breakfast buffet was great for 7,50 gbp, fresh ingredients, no tin food, we can highly recommend this to any visitor of London. The cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom were absolutely surprising, the hotel appeared to be brand new. The mattresses are the best ones we have ever slept on. We will most definitely stay at any Premier Inn hotel again. |

Hotel is very near a tube station and the service for breakfast was very good and friendly (especially Rose...) Yes, it was absolutely not nice that we had to ask for a second set of towels (we booked a room for two people, not one) three times. |

The staff were excellent, rooms clean, breakfast was at a good price, quiet at night and the proximity to transit stations was very good. The areas to the north and east of the hotel don't offer much to the tourist and don't feel safe at night. The good news is that to the west and south are the Thames, tube stations, Tower of London. Nothing is close that could be called a shopping area. |

A great location near the Tower of London and the adjacent underground station. The rooms were spacious & clean. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They have a nice affordable breakfast buffet. The computers for internet access were slow and erratic. Coffee from the 24-hour food bar was poor early in the morning. |
