det var rent, ordentlig, god frokost, hadde en effektiv bar m godt øl og vennlige medarbeidere

det irriterer meg at jeg betalte for rom med ekstra plass og sittegruppe og fikk rom med en pinnestol, og at de til tross for to henvendelser ikke klarte å gi oss to stoler på rommet. pga cleanliness, vennlig personale ellers og en særdeles god frokost er svaret på neste sp mål likevel ja..

utmerket service fra personale, smilende, hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det var en god og varm atmosfære på hotellet :-)

Convenient, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and quiet room

Chaotic start with no hot water and change of room. Staff rather disorganised. Fire alarm rang twice at 4.00am.

Very friendly staff. Functional, modern hotel. Plain but clean and spacious room. I chose this hotel because is conveniently located to visit the Tower of London, otherwise, the area is a bit isolated, especially at night.

Room was too cold and air conditioner was impossible to calibrate.

The room was comfortable and spacious. Location wise was close to the Tower Hill Underground Station, and from there, about 20-30 minutes to central London. Nice quiet neighborhood. Some tips to travellers: It would be best not to drag your luggage through the London Underground, especially during rush hour. On the other hand, if you are travelling to and from London Airport, Not Heathrow, there is a very convenient train station, the DLR, located just 5 minutes away. Otherwise I would recommend getting the hotel to call you a cab, especially with heavy luggage. It cost 50 pounds but would be worth it.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff we met were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very accommodating and the location quiet but safe. I'll definitely consider Premier Inns for future bookings.

The general London map they had at the front desk did not show the area around the hotel. An additional local map would be very useful.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, room size and decor good, good breakfast all at reasonable pricing.

The third bed for child was absolutely appalling and my child had to end up sleeping on an arm chair with legs on the bed, if that is what you would call it.

Great location with friendly staff

it was a handy location to explore london from close to the tower of london and underground station so you could be almost anywhere in the city within 30 min.

all in all most of the staf were friendly and helpfull except for the guy on the desk when we checked into the hotel he came across as uninterested and almost to the point of being rude justs going through the motions. i must say the following morning the girl that greeted us in the dining room was a breath of fresh air very helpfull and made us feel welcome. the bar staff could also not be faulted. i also watched as a guest that had booked her room for the wrong day was given great help by a girl working on the desk and my son noted she was lucky to not have the same guy as we had. but for him i would have no real faults with our stay but it set the tone of the hotel as he was the face of the company.
