Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu - w centrum miasta, a jednocześnie cicho i przytulnie, idealna czystość, kultura obsługi, dbałość o dobre samopoczucie gości, smaczna i relatywnie - biorąc pod uwagę ceny w londyńskich restauracjach - niedroga kuchnia, możliwość przygotowania kawy i herbaty w pokoju ( jest elektryczny czajnik, kawa, herbata, cukier, mleczko -zapasy codziennie uzupełniane). |

Rozkład pokoju był funkcjonalny, pokój był cichy, tak jak oczekiwałem. Sprzątany codziennie. Uzupełniane kawą, herbata cukrem itp. W pokoju była suszarka i czajnik. Pościel nie była zmieniana. Słaba izolacja akustyczna. |

Podobał mi się wystrój pokoju. Było wystarczająco miejsca, ale przede wszystkim było niesamowicie czysto. Brak możliwości wejścia na balkon pomimo iż były drzwi. Opłata za internet!!! W dzisiejszych czasach to skandal. Nie dysponowanie przez hotel przejściówki do gniazdek elektrycznych. Moim zdaniem brak stosunku ceny do jakości |

Convenient, comfortable, clean, reasonably priced and quiet room Chaotic start with no hot water and change of room. Staff rather disorganised. Fire alarm rang twice at 4.00am. |

Good, OK hotel at an affordable price with quite a big room. I will certainly consider to come back to this hotel when visiting London. Maybe a bit outside the city centre. The location requires a few minutes walk to the nearest tube station. |

Very friendly staff. Functional, modern hotel. Plain but clean and spacious room. I chose this hotel because is conveniently located to visit the Tower of London, otherwise, the area is a bit isolated, especially at night. Room was too cold and air conditioner was impossible to calibrate. |

The room was comfortable and spacious. Location wise was close to the Tower Hill Underground Station, and from there, about 20-30 minutes to central London. Nice quiet neighborhood. Some tips to travellers: It would be best not to drag your luggage through the London Underground, especially during rush hour. On the other hand, if you are travelling to and from London Airport, Not Heathrow, there is a very convenient train station, the DLR, located just 5 minutes away. Otherwise I would recommend getting the hotel to call you a cab, especially with heavy luggage. It cost 50 pounds but would be worth it. |

We were on a citytrip with 4 (2 adults, children 11 & 14) very nice and spacious family-room. Excellent beds, rather small bathroom but nice shower. Breakfast was ok with nice staff. Underground runs on the back of the hotel but you hardly notice it. |

the room was very big and clean. The shower was great with hot water ander the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the room, we didn't hear any traffic. Beds were short for me (i am 1.87). There is not a lot you can do in the surroundings, the hotel lies in the financial district. |

The staff were very accommodating and the location quiet but safe. I'll definitely consider Premier Inns for future bookings. The general London map they had at the front desk did not show the area around the hotel. An additional local map would be very useful. |

The locations was actually very central. Bus and metro was 2 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and room was sharply clean. The provisions in the room were very limited. No fresh water to drink and no provisions in the bathroom that I had to actually buy them seperately. |
