Rozkład pokoju był funkcjonalny, pokój był cichy, tak jak oczekiwałem. Sprzątany codziennie. Uzupełniane kawą, herbata cukrem itp. W pokoju była suszarka i czajnik.

Pościel nie była zmieniana. Słaba izolacja akustyczna.

Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Ponadto, polski personel pracujący w hotelu slużyl nam radą w związku z tym czuliśmy się komfortowo.

Znakomite polozenie. Doskonala obsluga. Dobra jakosc za bardzo przyzwoita cene. Doskonala alternatywa dla podrozujacych buisnssowo do City

staff very helpful although quite expensive. tv didn't work properly and flickered.

Good value for the weekend stay, clean, nice staff, excellent breakfast

Breakfast is a bit late for the weekend (8am)

The room was surprisingly big, it was clean with a good size shower and the bed was cosy.

We arrived late due to a delayed flight so we didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The fella at reception wasn't very helpful because we thought that when we booked through booking.com that we had paid for the hotel through the website, however he told us that was not the case and we got the impression from him that it was an inconvienience for him to take cash from us.

All the staff were friendly without being intrusive, encompassing in a proffesional way. Nothing was too much trouble we were there during the tube strike, we were offered assistance with bags and suggestions on routes and transportation. Was worried about nearness to rail line and main road, once inside couldn't hear a thing.

Location makes it difficult to load or unload from a taxi straight outside. Can be a bit dangerous dodging traffic to get across the road. The direction instructions weren't easy to follow because of junction configuration and closness to rail line.
