Rent, fräscht, modernt, AC, nyrenoverat? Tyst på rummet. Inget o klaga på egentligen. 24h öppet. Bra frukost (men något enformig). Ligger riktigt centralt, inte långt att gå till närmaste t-bana eller till den stora knutpunkten Liverpool Street. Bra frukost, men dålig variation. Inte mycket att välja på, man blir rätt trött på den feta engelska frukosten o rostat bröd. Finns fil/yoghurt o crunchimusli, men det urvalet är rätt dåligt. Frukosten är bra o smakar bra, men det är inte vad man är van vid som svensk. |

Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal, man kände sig mycket välkommen och att de verkligen ansträngde sig för att man skulle få en bra vistelse. Rummet stort och luftigt, rent och snyggt, snygg design, skön säng med massor av kuddar. Badrummet rent och snyggt och fräsch design |

The room was surprisingly big, it was clean with a good size shower and the bed was cosy. We arrived late due to a delayed flight so we didn't get to the hotel until midnight. The fella at reception wasn't very helpful because we thought that when we booked through booking.com that we had paid for the hotel through the website, however he told us that was not the case and we got the impression from him that it was an inconvienience for him to take cash from us. |

Comfortable hotel with a great location in the City No bathroom fan, so after a shower the hotel room was a little humid, which might be a problem in the summer |

All the staff were friendly without being intrusive, encompassing in a proffesional way. Nothing was too much trouble we were there during the tube strike, we were offered assistance with bags and suggestions on routes and transportation. Was worried about nearness to rail line and main road, once inside couldn't hear a thing. Location makes it difficult to load or unload from a taxi straight outside. Can be a bit dangerous dodging traffic to get across the road. The direction instructions weren't easy to follow because of junction configuration and closness to rail line. |

v clean. easy acess to the City. I requested a firm pillow but was told they didn't have any. At £150 incl breakfast it is expensive for a Prem Inn. |
