Price that included breakfast. Good facilities and good sized bedroom. Lovely shower. very quiet - excellent sound proofing. free Wifi.
Breakfast, space in room, enough electric sockets, location, staff
strange location of disabled parking spaces Beds hard
The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel was comfortable amd provided everything i needed and more.
The location was a little out of the way and hard to find with little signage, however this was made worse by road works.
The assistant manager, what a nice guy, very helpful, he obviously loves his job!!
location was great staff were very helpfull
requested ground floor room due to having minor operation the day before ended up on 1st floor also no bacon with breakfast had to wait for scrambled egg and sausage apperance of serving spoons for all the breakfast all dirty in dish on serving counter as for a cooked breakfast only scrammbled egg sausage and beans very poor
Decent sized room. Very clean. Peaceful location, comfy bed, so had a good nights sleep. Free Wifi. Nice (free!) breakfast. Plenty of parking spaces. Nice big shower cubicle with a seat. Good location a short drive to lovely Shrewsbury.
Shower not very powerful. Dispenser for conditioner in the shower was clogged up so couldnt get any conditioner out (this has happened every time we have stayed here).
All aspects of our stay was excellent
The only thing that didn't suit me was the bed woke up with back ach every morning But my wife found it very comfortable
Spacious room, great breakfast, free WiFi, very clean.
Helpful friendly staff, restricted menu, but well prepared food at reasonable prices.
On a business park
Beautifully styled bedroom. Very comfortable bed, power shower, toiletries, great free view TV, powerful hairdryer, quiet hence good quality sleep (no banging doors).....what more can I say. Would highly recommend this hotel!
differcult to find, post code useless, holiday inn sign faces a cow field not front door
the size of the room the bed was comfortable hair drier and iron provided room was clean looking breakfast was adequate but monotonous some reception clerks were helpful when asked
I was given a room for wheel chair users, thus wash basin etc. too low for me, only thigh high room looked clean but corners need looking at no loo brush rim of bath was caked in dried soap carpet and skirting boards need sorting out and also wall paper in places reception had no phone directory an extra blanket would have been helpful the charge was collected five weeks in advance of my visit
Large room, good carpark
the heating controls in my room were not working and it was a very cold evening. I told reception and the said it should get better, but it didn't. When I checked out they said they would give me a discounted rate if I ever visited the hotel again
The scrambled egg was awful tasted like cardboard.
Staff were all very good - the manager demonstrated attention to detail at breakfast, noticing that the orange juice had failed and replacing our drinks without request
Telephone provided for taxi service - they sent the taxi to the wrong hotel!
Loved the spacious, spotlessly clean room Great shower
Not quite sure why bacon missing off breakfast menu
Room very good comfort
Find hard hotel hide place .Breakfast sausage awful taste like cheap sausage !
Over the past 40+ years I have travelled extensively on business and pleasure, but never have I come across staff so helpful and friendly. They could not do enough and far exceeded my expectations. Really made our anniversary weekend extra special.
The staff were good, the room clean and tidy :) very good.
No bacon for breakfast!!!!, :'( having to log back into the wi-fi after going out :0 No plug socket next to the bed, as i have a breathing problem and have a small machine to help me in the night. good job i had a extension in my car !!!
The hotel is ideally placed for Shrewsbury, close to a bus route
The roadworks close by on the A49, but they are only temporary.
Warm and helpful reception, spotlessly clean room and facilities, quiet with comfortable beds,no fuss book-in. Great location, close to A roads, minutes from the centre. fabulous breakfasts, plenty of easy parking.
Would have preferred more comprehensive dinner menu.
Had a quite room, staff were lovely, most helpfully. Location good. Nice and clean. We will use the hotel again.
Not engough in room for coffee. Apart from that all is good.
Good location with excellent facilities.
one of the twin beds was very uncomfortable with springs very noisy
Loved the room, very comfortable and spacious, staff were lovely. The hotel does show signs of wear ie the sofa in the reception area and also wall paper coming off the wall. Shame really because it's such a lovely place.
