Chose this hotel for reasons of cost and location. Yes, it's another hotel in a business park...... but someone has taken the time to get things right. We had a room that was spacious. The desk had a fully adjustable chair. The shower was a real power shower. The kettle fitted under the tap in the sink and there was a good selection of coffee, milk etc. The air con and the bathroom extractor were almost silent. Internet worked. The bar/dining area was comfortable. We loved the wide selection of food available at breakfast. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

We thought the staff were very friendly and certainly well trained in customer service and a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed for our two night break and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends or family travelling in Shropshire. Well done

It was in a quiet location and it was very convenient for us as it was just off the A5 and not too far from Shrewsbury. My husband is disabled and so we were very pleased to have a room on the ground floor and the reception and restaurant were easily reached. It was really nice to have an ironing board and iron in the room as our purpose in visiting Shrewsbury was to attend a weddidng. It was a very cold weekend and I was so pleased that we had individual heating and could adjust the temperature to suit ourselves. The only down side was that our room when we returned for our second night after the wedding was as we had left it with the tea bags not replenished and the towels as we had left them and the bed not touched. But, we had left it tidy and so it did not matter all that much.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with everything you would expect from this kind of accommodation. It was quiet and the heating was controllable. We liked the armchair but why only one in a double bedroom?The laptop table was a welcome addition as were the hairdryer and iron.The wall prints broke up the plain walls and there was a choice of lighting both overhead and for reading. A good sized TV completed the ambience. The hotel itself was a little out of the way on a business site which was very quiet as it was the weekend. If you didn't fancy the food at the hotel, it was too far for elderly people to walk into town so it was a taxi or a teetotal night!The bathroom had a excellent shower but we expected a bath.The quality of the tea and coffee was excellent but it would have been even better with some biscuits!

The service was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. The wifi dropped out quite often and as I was doing some work whilst I was staying at the hotel this proved quite annoying.

My husband stayed here last weekend to attend a 50th birthday in Shrewsbury. We were pleased with our choice, hotel was clean, friendly staff, good parking and excellent breakfast. Out of town so not in walking distance of anywhere very much but has a very nice small bar. Would recommend and excellent price.

Great value for money. Slightly better than a Travelodge or a Premier inn. Our only complaint at all would be that they stopped serving bar food 30 mins early because the kitchen was too busy, however that didn't help us who had just arrived after a long journey when there is nothing else particularly close by.

Hotel is newer than some Hilton's I have stayed in recently and decor quality etc is still new. Hope they can keep it up. Directions to hotel could be a bit more specific from the A5 roundabout

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a decent breakfast and the rooms were clean and comfortable The location on a business park was not ideal as it was a leisure trip and a taxi was needed to go to the nearest pubs/restaurants. Whilst this was not expensive it is a cost not foreseen upon booking the hotel.
