Good location, away from any busy roads and therefore very quiet. Comfortable room, very clean

No proper restaurant, evening offerings were basic. Buffet breakfast just ok.

I use this hotel every time I visit Shrewsbury. It's easy, quick and comfortable.

I find that the presence of quite a loud tv, always tuned to some trashy Sky channel in the dining area, is very annoying and obtrusive. I don't understand the need for this.

Room extremely comfortable, great location, very tasty breakfast, staff very attentive, good value for money - what else can I say!

First time at Hampton, great place to stay. Food menu limited but what I had was well cooked. Will definitely stay again

We have stayed at the hotel twice now and on both occasions we were very impressed with the facilities and the friendly staff, but still continuing to offer a professional service to guests. Hopefully more of these hotels will come available around the country, they put the lodge and premier inns to shame.

We celebrated New Years Eve in style. From arrival, the whole experience of staying at the hotel was a pleasure for me and my girlfriend. The staff are friendly and talkative and we will be looking at staying with you in the future next time we are in Shrewsbury. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

If anything, we would have liked more selection for lunch.

not a lot worn out sheet on bed hole in them king size bed was actually two singles pushed together no bath in a so called superior room fire alarm went off at 08.15 on new years day ochh

No food outlets nearby. Must use a taxi into town, but easy to get taxi.

The room was clean and I felt relaxed there. The staff were friendly.

Good, clean hotel , supplying everything we needed for overnight stay. Location isn't attractive, but in the winter when it's dark by 3.30pm, who cares?

The hotel was comfortable and extremely clean. The bar menu even though not extensive, the food was very nice. The breakfast was also superb.

The welcome by the staff who went out of their way to be pleasant and helpful. Very convenient to have facility for food on site. Excellent choice for breakfast.

We found the location and facilities functional and practical for our needs,( one night stop to attend function nearby). The room was surprisingly large as well as clean and tidy. The staff member who attended to us at reception was both polite and willing to help arrange a taxi for us, and we appreciated the personal service offered.

The only disappointment was the king size bed. It felt like, and probably was, 2 single beds put together. We have never slept in a bed of that size so perhaps that's how they are, we don't know. However, we must say that despite this,our stay was not spoilt and we would use your hotel again, maybe a double bed next time, and definatelely would recommend to our friends and family.
