Staff very friendly and helpful. Good hygiene. Food and drink available all day. Good menu. Excellent location. Toilet seats too small. Compulsory television in dining room. If there has to be TV, show silent news channel (as Wetherspoons ! ). |

It is in excellent central location for shopping and nightlife. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was excellent and served until a civilized time in the morning! |

Very small rooms but made up for by fantastic condition, very well decorated, cheap and superb location for Cardiff night life. Staff were excellent all weekend, would use again without a doubt. |

The location of the hotel and the design of the room, being able to check in when I arrived at 12 noon rather than wait till the 2 pm usual check in time. |

The things that are in the room are indeed of the highest quality: comfy beds, great shower, huge towels, the newest model of the TV set. The room is spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. Good location: next to the station and the shopping area. The things that were missing: the twin compact room (bunk beds) is so tiny that there was no wardrobe but if you keep your luggage on the floor there is hardly any room left. |

While my room was small it had a clever design that maximised space and gave a contemporary feel. |

Location was excellent right in the city centre and next to the train station, rooms very nice and comfy beds. prices do double during rugby weekends which makes the hotel expensive. breakfast time was a joke, the hot food was coming out in stages and was self service. i had beans and egg to start, then 10 mins later i had some bacon and 10mins after that I has a couple of sausages! all very nice though |

The breakfast every morning was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom was something to be desired. The frosted glass did nothing, for example if you went to the toilet (which was right beside the door) you could see the person sitting on it. Was very uncomfortable. |

The room was clean and compact. The internet connection was good and easy to access. The location was really convenient. The rooms did not appear to be well insulated for noise, so the hotel was a bit noisy, woken up multiple times throughout the early hours of the morning, by hotel guests as well as passers by outside the hotel. It would be helpfull to have some sort of TV guide for which channels are accessible to hotel guests and the fire detector kept flashing throughout the night, which was irritating. |

the staff and the food were brillant. the location is brillant. the windows in the rooms cannot be open as a result the room becomes verry stuffy, granted there is an air con,,however i prefer an open window it was too stuffy. |
