Great location for shopping and close to the station. Don't be put off by how close it is to the station, didn't here a single train. Thankfully we booked a superior double which meant a slightly bigger room. Visited a friends double and the room was far to small for two people to share. In fact it's a but small for one person.

Very friendly staff- when our room turned out to be already occupied they quickly remedied matters discretely and efficiently. They were also happy to let me leave a bag for safekeeping after I'd checked out. Unbelievably quiet, despite its proximity to the train station. Location right next to the station is actually another plus point. Comfy bed. Fittings and fixtures are a bit cheap and don't seem made to last. The glass door to the loo was a bit off-putting and the 'wet- room' style ensuite lived up to its name- leaving the floor swampy after the first shower. The room was perfectly satisfactory for one night but it didn't really seem like a 'Superior' Double Room.

Friendly staff, very cute rooms, great location. Small rooms, not for long stay-in, thin walls.

Location, location, location! I loved that it was right next to the station which meant we could store our bags before check-in and then again after check-out for the few hours until we caught our train. It was easy walking distance to city centre, and really close to the bus depot, which made it easy to catch buses to Llandaff and Castell Coch. Modern, stylish and clean. Everything I expected. The room was very compact, which I am fine with... However the placement of the bathroom door + the fact it isn't opaque meant that it lacked a bit of privacy.

The location. It is very close to both shops and train station The wet room was a bit weird. I dont know if ours was broke but it did'nt drain very quickly so nearly flooded the room and was only in the shower for about 10 mins

Its location is fantastic. Parking is poor, although a lot of choice but there is no security so top end customers are unlikely to want to use public parking. Rooms nicely designed, rather small but perfectly adequate for a short visit. No complaints what so ever and thouroughly enjoyed our short stay

Excellent location, you can see it as you walk out of Cardiff Central. Room was quiet considering central location. Check-in staff were welcoming and very professional. Room a little compact, but excellent use of space, modern, clean design and has everything needed. Breakfast was good, lovely breakfast room. Individual heat control was great, as was view from room. Excellent overall value.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are simple but have a few extras that other competing hotels don't have eg hairdryer, luggage holder. good menu choice, large reception / seating area Can't fault it - stayed a few times and is always our first choice when staying in Cardiff

Location was fantastic for train travellers. Modern and purely functional great for short break. Wet room doesnt work very well, whole of the bathroom floor gets wet, making shoes essential for subsequent visits.

The location was great very hard to find though when arriving by car. The room was tiny and after reading reviews about views etc was expecting alot only to find view of train track and main road and the hotel opposite. The bathroom wasnt very clean where the water had been sitting on the floor could have been better for the money.

Very close to the railway station and city center. Clean room and comfortable bed. Provide vey dilicious food. Also allow the luggage store. Room was smaller than it looked in photos. The design of bathroom was not convenient. It had no separate shower room, so the toilet and ground became too wet after having shower.

Good location, excellent staff and very clean. Room very small. Ok for one person for 1 or 2 nights. Not suitable for a couple unless it is for a one night transit stop. No space to hang clothes (4 coat hangers) and no place to put toiletries. However for my purpose, a two day business trip, ideal. Would certainly use again
