That the double bed was actually two single beds that weren't connected and kept separating from one another

ideal location, lovely clean rooms & 24 hr bar,with the best & friendliest barman (Ronnie Bennet) you could e ver meet, couldn't ask for anymore

Good location; comfortable and quiet room.

The room design features a lot of glass, which can be hard to spot at times so potentially painful - eg the glass screen in the bathroom/ toilet - walked into in the middle of the night!

Brillant location! Close to everything including shops, buses and the metro! Clean and friendly hotel! Would highly recommend and would definitely return!

The room was too hot and the air con made little difference and the windows didnt have a window to open. Wifi didn't work

Clean modern decor, helpful friendly staff and the location is excellent, a 3 minute walk from central station, the quayside and close to the city centre facilities. In spite of the fact that there were 2 hen nights on the Saturday, my room was very quiet.

Bed could have been softer but that's a personal taste.

Excellent service. A simple hotel with all you need for a business stay including Wi-Fi that works properly.

The bed was a little on the firm side. The translucent en-suite door did not afford complete privacy.

Even though I had previously checked in, the guy on the desk at night was very slow issuing keycards to others guests in the party. Sound proofing in the rooms was awful so I got no sleep.

Modern, clean with helpful friendly staff is how I would describe Sleeperz hotel

Centrally located, comfortable, good rooms, cheerful staff, breakfast only average but plenty of it.

Wash basins in public area toilets which are made from recycled zinc plated buckets. A designer leap just a bit too far!

Best customer service I have seen in a hotel in a long time and I travel once a week for business. Whenever I am in Newcastle I will always look up this place. Convenient location. Great price and modern design.

The location is wonderful, quayside is within 2min walk. You can walk pretty much anywhere, if not, there is a metro station right outside the hotel. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Nice and cosy design in general.

I think it's safe to say that cleaning service was poor. The sheets weren't changed on time. Out of 5 times, they were changed 2 max, if not one, during my stay.
