Easy access from motorway nice staff helpful and friendly lovley room nice bathroom near trains good car parking wi-fi
Hotel is OK
Many halal foods and supermarket too
Comfortable bed and decent continental breakfast.
Décor in rooms, bathrooms and throughout the hotel a little shabby and tired.
Price, colourful area, friendly locals, frequent public transport, secure parking, nice staff, clean rooms, local shops and pubs
English breakfast would have been good. Some of the maintenance work looked a bit shoddy (loose fixtures & fittings etc.), but for the price you can't complain.
Proximity to Central London Price Offerings at that price
Size of the room Some space where you can keep and open your suitcase rather than it being in the walkway to the bathroom
comfortable beds good breakfast choices as for continental one
the room was dated and carpets + curtains in desperate need of change/thorough cleaning; it's a fair bit away from city centre
The staff were extremely nice, polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very adequate and set us up for the day.
Room was on top floor so the roof sloped. Banged my head when I got up in the night.
Pay for parking at hotel. There was a strong smell of cigarette in some part of the hotel. Also the room numbeing direction was confussing. I stayed in 322....say no more
far away from London
The aircon was nice and the Bath was very good
The size of the room was too small and the bed was like a single bed
Very friendly and helpful hotel staff Quirky room Safe car park
I liked very much the services provided by the hotel. The room was clean, the bedding nice and the bed very resting. The cleaning personnel changed every day towels and arranged the room. We had got a very good breakfast and in London is really hard to find the same opportunity. As a visitor this aspect is a great advantage. In the area, at a couple of meters away from the hotel, there is a KFC, restaurants, even Chinese, with many dishes offer. There are also, many shops with chip items, food and drinks. The wireless is good enough to check your emails. Be advised that you need an European adapter to plug in your PC or phone.
The only thing which can upset somebody who is in a hurry is the distance. It takes one hour to arrive in Victoria underground station. Despite this time, the connections are very good. Just take 48 bus from the station located near the hotel and get out in the 5th station, Walthamstow Central. Then, just take the underground located near the bus station and go wherever to wish.
Breakfast. It was inclined.
The toilet leaking on the bathroom floor every time you flushed and the shower was rubbish.
Good hotel for this money.
Is clean not bad
Comfy beds Breakfast was fine Close to a good pub which does nice food and cheap (The drum ) and close to kentucky over road and bus stops . As a Family needed two rooms but they made sure they were next to each other good service and air conditioning in room was a bonus Good value for what we paid
A bit to far to travel into central London with small children, Too many tubes . Cant fault hotel .
the kindness, the clealiness, the tea in the room, the air drier, the furniture
it is better to add eggs for the breakfast.
Rooms were clean and quite decent in size.
WIFI was extremelly slow.
Staff friendly and comfortable bed
We were placed in the building opposite the reception which was an Old building with old facilities with leaking sink and marked bed linen. Carpets worn with a lingering smell and poor cleanliness in particular the bathroom.
the price was good. breakfast included in the price.
the area the hotel was in. the hotel was very shabby. the bathroom was smelly. breakfast was chaos.
Close to the shops and good access to transport. A lovely breakfast to start the day.
The hotel is not as bad as many reviews say. The staff was very polite and helpful. The lift and wi-fi were ok too. The room had comfortable beds, a TV with many channels, the bathroom was clean, there was shower gel and hair dryer, kettle for tea... What I liked especialy: cleaning lady came every day to change towels and empty dustbin. And I borrowed an adapter to charge my phone at the reception (did not have to buy one)! Breakfast was very good (I loved the toasts and croissants and they serve Twinings tea). I liked the colorful chairs in the dining room. :-) And the bus stop is just in front of the hotel! Tesco, post office and KFC are very close. In general we had no problems.
Don't expect much. This hotel is good for people that are not very picky and are happy to sleep somewhere in London without spending much money. Some things might not work properly - but ask the staff and they will help you! For me the breakfast was good but a little bit monotonous after 5 days ... no vegetables :( and poor coffee. But I am used to that in hotels.
