Best value for money in London. 1) Need to improve on Wi Fi system on each floors. Internet is not a luxury anymore. 2) need to provide adequate ventilation in the room as well as in the floor lobby.

The rooms and public spaces were kept clean and tidy, were of a decent standard and well maintained. The included continental breakfast was OK. The room was extremely hot at night (no air conditioning) and the traffic noise was intrusive if the window was left open to moderate the heat. The TV had a very poor selection of channels.

Eyerything was as described in Booking.com, facilities were good friendy staf. I paid 300pounds for 6 nights under a special offer from Booking.com I donot think you can have better conditions for this price in London. Very good car park. you need not have any fear about your car. this is very good for car tour. Hot rooms, located in the poor part of London. But the hotel is far better than the nearby area. Breakfast can be better,

The All Seasons Hotel in London Leyton is fantastic value for a hotel in London. I was visiting the Olympic Site the next day and was a female travelling alone and chose the All Seasons as it was not that far away. You have a choice of tube stations close by and an excellent bus service. The hotel was clean, bright and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was buffet style of cereals, croissants and toast etc. but a full English can be had for a little extra. I felt perfectly safe here and I would certainly recommend anyone staying here if visiting the east end of London.

Choice of food for breakfast was limited. The hotel has 2 separate blocks on either side of a busy road and reception in one block only.

Suitable site for northeast London, surrounded by many fast food restaurants. Car parking was very good. Clean hotel and polite staff. I was very disappointed for the wi fi service. I needed the internet connection for pre-planned reasons, however the coverage was very poor. At the main building the reception was weak. At the next attached building there wasn't!

The price for a room in the All Seasons was fairly proportioned to quality. Staff was really nice and helpful. The bath in the room was great; used it every day. :) Free bottle of water and tea and coffee in your room. Breakfast was okay. Walking to the underground was far; at least twenty minutes. Then by metro, at least half an hour to the city central. Consumes a lot of time travelling each day. The neighbourhood was shabby and felt unsafe. In my opinion, not suitable for a young girl travelling alone. Breakfast; croissants not so good. Toast okay; but for topping only marmelade and cheddar. But fair if you look at the price you pay. Beds were not really comfy, but again fair if you look at the price.

Bed comfort was exceptional. Staff on desk friendly and helpful. Free secure parking. Cold tap on shower not working. Dining room staff in the morning were not helpful - stock (spoons, milk, mugs) always seemed to be running out, staff reluctant to replace. Floor around self service area was not clean and not cleaned by staff often enough, if at all.

Pleasant stay and friendly accommodating staff. Neat and clean rooms. The room we had was in the annex building so we need to cross the road to get to the main building, regardless, the stay was generally fine.

Clean, modern hotel--recently refurbished in anticipation of the 2010 Olympics. Very helpful staff, decent breakfast. Comfortable, clean room with all you need: water, snacks, coffee and tea service, new flatscreen TV, iron and board and a king size bed all for £45/night. The location is a bit on the outskirts of London so I you don't have a car, you'll be spending a good deal of time on the bus and underground.

When there was problems with the room, the front desk were helpful in trying to find an alternate room for us to use. I had a problem with he agressive cleaning staff. One of the ladies did not speak english, so I would repeatedly have to tell her to come back later. On the day we were to check out, she came and knocked three times about cleaning the room, prior to the check out time. Extremely irritating behaviour. Also did not like the fact that the hotel takes payment immediately when you check in, which will make it difficult to get a refund on the remainder of days should you choose to leave.

Leyton is pretty nice budget hotel to stay in London. Breakfast is fair, but every day the same. Location is 15 minutes from centre by tube. Tube station is 10 minutes by walking. Hotel is located on main road, so if you get a room which is on main road it might be very busy for you, but in general hotel is good. Staff is excellent, they will help to you with everything, also they provide maps of London, what is very useful and for free. In London you can buy them also but you have to pay.

Nice clean room, frienly stall at reception, private off road parking Breakfast was disorganised chaos, low class customers pushing the que, lack of clean plates and cups, breakfast staff were less friendly bordering on rude, and not enough food was available for breakfast and no que control measures in place.
