The reduced price was £40 for the night for a twin room, very good value

Strange noises, banging in the room above. The area is not very nice. Very run down part of London.

I stayed in hotel with my parents and brother with his girlfriend, 2 rooms-both clean, with basic equipment tv, hair dryer, coffe maker. Very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpfull. A it far from centre but with 4 stops bus and metro u can reach it within 25 min. we had a nice time.

Efficient staff, clean and tidy room, a short bus ride away from the train station and fabulous value for money. Really enjoyed our breakfast the morning after the night before!

Not really anything I disliked. It's not The Ritz, but as far as budget priced accommodation goes, its perfect.

I was given a small room behind the lift - presumably because I was on my own. The room then was very small - couldn't fully open the bathroom door - but this was not explained nor was the price reduced.

Comfortable, peaceful and tastefully furnished.

There were blood stains on the bed sheet and I even took pictures of it.

You have poor WiFi. Picture in internet not true. Door can't opened with givened card. The bathroom haven't ventilation.

Good value for the money; one bus away from Central Line (Leyton) and Victoria Line (Walthamstow); well-provided (continental) breakfast.

The beds are rather on the small side; there is no fridge in the room; WiFi was a bit slow and requires daily passwords (readily provided by staff).

Reception staff were excellent!

Our bathroom smelt intensely of smoke with cigarette ash still present on toilet roll!

Having to park my car in another car park some distance from my accommodation hotel. Having to pay £5 parking charge if I make a return trip.

Comfortable room and good breakfast.

Just what we wanted. Clean, comfy place where five of us could stay close to family wedding venue. Good spacious room and bathroom and good breakfast. Best bit was excellent value and convenient parking.

The breakfast was simply awesome with lots of options. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Finally, you can get a bus 50m far from the hotel that brings you directly to the London Bridge. I definitely recommend it!

The Tube/Underground closest station is about 20min walking from the hotel. So taking the bus is a must!

Receptionist who suggested that I ought to read the small print next time when I couldn't understand that Bookin.com was just a reservation service and I'd have to pay to secure a room for the night. The buffet breakfast was continental though stale bakery isn't a feature of a continental breakfast. The coffee was vile. Seating was uncomfortable.

Room was poor and very small with a tiny bathroom. The feeling was we were in a cheap place, different compared to the pictures we saw online. Overall quality was acceptable but We will look for another option the next time. There are a lot of chains with rooms often under promotion in London, we just think they can offer better prices for the kind of room we got. Fairly nice staff tho.

bathroom a bit cramped...bathtub a bit high for someone who is 4'10" and 71 years old!

This was my fourth stay in last 3 months,really I enjoy it,thanks to all the friendly staff.

it is peacefull area away from the hustle the city, with a bus that stops outside exactly from the hotel entrance to 40 minutes of the central london,and what specifically to oxford street (oxford circus). for someone who can not wait 40 minutes with the same bus go two stops below and spend train and a 15 minutes is in the center. your ticket costing 3 euro (2.40 pounds), but the best interest to issue a do oyster card quick and cheap travel in trains and buses. many clean, lots of hearty breakfast and more helpful staff. everything was perfect!!!!

Spacious rooms. Basic comfort, not sure why there were 5 stars in the description. But everything you really need was there. Was only there 1 night. A small fridge would be useful if staying longer. In a lively area but not noisy. Right by railway but this wasn't bad. Slept well. TV. Pleanty of towels and hot water.Uncomplicated.Helpful staff. 24 hour reception. Parking. Wifi. Good, vibrant atmosphere at breakfast, great range of languages to be heard! Many young to middle aged people.

Room was really ok. Maybe just a bit tired looking. Especially the bathroom. The curtains would have given the room a much better aspect had they been ironed a little and hung properly. As they were it made the room look a bit unloved. Even though it was actually fine.
