“This was a great hotel, not only for the money, but also for the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, size of the rooms, breakfast, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to London who is willing to stay a little outside of the city center.”

Close to mosque and the muslim community. The convinience store open 24 hrs. The internet services in main building was ok but the other building there is no conections at all. Please approved.

Location for the sports event we were attending. Free parking Caos at breakfast, very little choice and queueing like at school, with no where near enought seats, had to take food back to our room. Dirty bed sheets on arrival, rang reception who said housekeeping had gone home, sent us up a sheet to put on ourselves. Broken toilet seat. Tatty curtains. Mirror too hight to use for hair drying + make-up whilst sitting

The prostitutes working on the corner directly outside the hotel. On that basis I wouldn't recommend the hotel to single female travellers

The location was great for a family wedding but would not willingly stay here again. Very expensive for what it is and where! The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke, the only We stayed at the all seasons as it was the closest to a family wedding. I would not willing choose to stay again kept shorting and was a fire hazard along with 2 broken sockets and broken phone. There was a iron burn on the carpet. Not enough pillows or towels and the room was cold with no additional blankets. Breakfast is a bum fight with only one working coffee machine and toaster.

Rooms were clean and spacious for the money paid. Staff were not interested in guests in front of them. They answered the telephone whilst dealing with enquiries even when other members of staff were present and not doing anything. They did not explain things very clearly and were quite short at times.

I loved the fact that they had a bar in the lounge. Also, the staff were extremely nice and the rooms were clean. The room that I stayed in was across the street from the main hotel so I had to walk across the street to get food, alcohol, and advice. I do not recommend for families with children.

The reception staff were very pleasant, the hotel was very clean and light. The hotel is situated in a very diverse area with a plethora of different culture eating establishments. It appeared taht the bar was only just being set up. There was no cold beer and no draught bee available.

Easy to find on public transport. Although the room was clean it seemed gruby because the sheets and towels were greyish white from old age I think. The bed wasn't the worst I have slept in but it wasn't great. Was a bit too basic.

It was clean and very conveniently situated for the ice rink where my son was competing. The parking was limited and we had to park on the road.

Nice extra touches I.E. biscuits and water provided in the room, air con as well which was good. I'm back for the second time as I felt it met my needs.... However, its pointless putting requests for things in the box when you book as they don't take much notice of them! I'm disabled businesswoman and wasn't very happy when requests to meet my basic needs weren't met. Breakfast is supposedly continental - however think more basic English than anywhere near the continent. However, if you want just a hint above basic then its better than some of the other hotels in this locality.
