Location was easy to find and next to services so options available on food requirements. There was plenty of space in the room and it was nicely decorated and furnished. Friendly staff It was a bit noisy from the a1m but not too bad. Some items advertised were not at this hotel - look out for the asterisk that says 'not at Baldock'! Having the washbasin in the main room was odd but Ok. The decor of the bathroom was clean and presentable but they had obviously skimped on the tiles and fit when built. All just little observations - nothing that would stop me staying here again |

The night we stayed the air con was not working therefor the room was very hot during the night even with the window open. No reduction on the room rate was offerd for the lack of this facilitie. |
