The hotel was in in the perfect place for relaxation and the staff were helpful in every way. The food was just great and you could not beat the perfect ulster fry breakfast.

There were always plenty of staff on duty and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. We were at a wedding party and stayed over. Bar staff great and restaurant well staffed for the morning. Excellent. The only place I didn't see anyone was when we used the pool. There was only someone at reception - no one around the pool side or available to help with the lockers in the changing room. Did love the size of the pool.

I was a bit disappointed with the pool area. The door into the ladies changing room was out of order, the jacuzzi was out of order and part of the area around the pool was closed of. Maybe we were just unfortunate with maintainence. There was no where to hang towels around the poolside which meant people placed them on the loungers and then I felt I couldn't sit on the lounger to dry of for a few minutes. I noticed a few others had the same problem.

Old quaint hotel, food was very nice at the hotel, walking distane to golf, beautiful views of the ocean. Staff was very helpful.

outdated rooms, limited bathroom, small shower, no Internet!!!! Bed comfort was hard, but comforter was nice, noise level in the halls and neighboring rooms was loud.

Excellent from top to bottom. Have stayed in much worse 5 star hotels. Compliments to Mohammed for being totally professional yet witty & entertaining

What a beautiful Hotel and the setting is breathtaking. Bed's so comfy and breakfast room was amazing. Thankyou to all the staff for a wonderful stay.......

Stayed one night. Attended golf meeting organised by The Queens University Golfing Society which attracted discounted tarrif. Staff not only friendly but welll motivated and helpful

my husband and i really enjoyed our short break.our room overlooked the sea and it was clean and very comfortable.the hotel is situated in a wonderful location and the food was outstanding.we would recomend it to our friends and we will certainly be back again

The views are stunning from the Hotel, the spa and leisure facilities were great.The room was very comfortable we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay will return again.

the room next to us had their tv going into the small hours. It was our first night away from kids so tha was our only negative.

Location

The hot food was cold. We went for breakfast at 7am and it was even cold at that point. The staff could've been more pleasant-for most of the time they appeared to ignore guests. There wasn't a welcoming atmosphere. A hotel that bills itself as a luxury hotel needs first rate service. We dined in a neighbouring hotel where we had a warm welcome from staff.
