Fab location, easy to get everywhere, lovely lobby and clean room. We were given an upgrade to a superior double
How small would a double have been! We had a room overlooking Sloane Square, which is great, if you don't mind being woken up throughout the night by fast cars revving up and zooming off, and constant noise from the Square. Bed was soft and pillows far too soft - seriously bad nights sleep
Room Prices are perfect and the location of the hotel. You can walk 8 min to Harrods and 10 min to Hyde park. You can reach any place in london by taking bus or metro which is next to the hotel. Staff are good .
Room Size is very small but that's normal for a hotel in london
Location Comfy bed
Very small room No hotel bar
Good location with spacious room for the price by London standard. Good breakfast but with slow service
The common areas are in need of updating.
very helpful reception staff on every occasion
killer location, cheerful staff, and comfy bed!
Very small room with no frills
No bathrobes Only 1 flannel for a double room Ro service ending so early
The Sloane Square hotel is a lovely hotel. The staff are very good, the location is wonderful. The Peter Jones is excellent and the shops on the King's Road are very close by. We chose to walk to many places - Knightsbridge, South Kensington and Victoria; however the tube station is extremely close by.
One minor observation - We have stayed in a number of different rooms at the hotel and being a historical building the layout and space differs in each - which should be expected. In other words, there is no pre-set layout to each room. This means that sometimes one room can be a little cramped and another room can have a lot of interesting space.
Great location, few steps from shops on Sloane Street and Harrods. Metro station is just opposite the hotel. Clean room.
Very small room and bathroom, quite noisy. We have heard everything from corridor.
Location, ambience, staff
Our simple double room was quite small (expected for London) - bathroom was old and much more basic than expected.
location decore ambience
the location was perfect
Location, nice front desk people, free wifi
Tiny room, mirrors instead of windows as there is no view at all
Staff very friendly and polite. The room was adequate with very comfortable beds. Bathroom is a little small but robes and slippers supplied.
Agood Hotel with very helpfulstaff.
A bit pricey but thats London.
Staff was extremely courteous Restaurant food was quite good and well priced Hotel is situated in a lovely area. Wonderful shopping close to the tube and bus service.
The noise from the street from the restaurant below, the traffic and at times worker's at 4:00 AM and possibly sanitation workers My room could have been a little larger even for a solo traveler
We enjoyed the location of the hotel; close to loads of shops and restaurants. Easy to navigate from there to all other areas in London. Close to transportation.
Rooms are on the small side.
quite location,friendly staff,comfort bed
room is too small
I bought a Superior double room in Sloan Square Hotel in advance from Booking.com at a certain price. I especially bought a superior double room to have a spaicous room and it said on the Hotel's website that such room was 25sqm. When I checked in they put me in a 15sqm room, I objected and they said that the Hotel was full and their website was mentioning that room sizes vary. I told them that this was unacceptable and room sizes should only vary 1-2 sqms and not be half of what they advertise. They "accepted" to give me a Superior Double Room for the second night which was exactly the room described on their web site. When I was paying for my stay at the check out, they put a bill higher than what I had bought from Booking.com and I had to demonstrate by the printed confirmation of Booking.com reservation that they were trying to cahrge more. I had to wait for 45mins for them to correct the bill. I think the only asset of the Hotel is it's place, otherwise the furniture in the room was rather old, the minibar and coffee machine were in the closet so you hang your clothes above minibar refrigator and coffee machine, the staff quality is poor and the ladies at the reception were literally arrogant.
Thank you to the unseen room service crew for their attention to our room. We appreciate your attention to detail.
The plumbing was a little inconsistent.
Very good location near the underground. Nice lobby.
Cleanliness of room very quiet hotel. Good parking facilities.
Breakfast very expensive.
Breakfast £105 for two persons 2 days was a bit steep - and not the full breakfast either.
Fab location Got very good deal but think we had a disabled room with shower which created a wet room and got water everywhere and made floor lethal . Loved the hotel have stayed before but this time room not the best.
