Location is excellent, close to shops and some great restaurants. Seems to be a complete disconnect between the hotel and the Chelsea Brasserie which is the bar / restaurant attached to the hotel. Both nights we were there we were told it wasn't possible to get a drink at the bar because we hadn't reserved a table. When we tried to book a table we were told it wasn't possible because they only took reservations for meals! The reality is that at weekends residents should assume this is a hotel without a bar because the Chelsea Brasserie is packed with non residents. The staff were ok by London standards ie poor. The guy who showed me to the car park about 100m away should at least have offered to carry the bags back, for instance.I had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights but none of the staff seemed slightly interested in us, which is not good.

The hotel was conveniently located near many shops, bars and restaurants. The room was very comfortable and had nice amenities. The staff was courteous. There is no hotel in the gym and the wireless did not work properly. However, their is wired internet available which worked fine.

Loved the fluffy beds it made up for the bad shower, and having a nesspresso coffee machine made our mornings :) did have early annoying work going on and no water notice from 9:30 to 5pm which I think was a must to mention before confirming our booking!!!! I would not have stayed knowing that... But it was a quick stay in London and had little options of available hotels at this busy time of year... Would stay again but not at the normal prices!!! Loved the breakfast and the jam was to die for...

Even the superior room was very small and the 'designer' bathroom was miniscule. There was no armchair only one hard upright desk chair. The room had been 'designer' furnished meaning that there were only two tiny desk drawers in which to put ones clothes although the hanging cupboard was adequate for our 3-night stay. There were no cupboards or drawers in the bedside tables. The majority of staff were foreign and friendly but some with very poor English resulting in some difficulties particularly when ordering room service - breakfasts were a disaster never reflecting exactly what was ordered. The cost for our stay was extremely high for what we got.

In a prime location, just diagonal from the underground with modern amenities. I made a mistake booking a single room when I needed a double room and they upgraded the room with ease. Just slightly off - fire alarm went off one afternoon, paid daily fee for Internet connection that didn't always work, television remote didn't work (we requested it be fixed and it wasn't - we eventually replaced the batteries ourselves), and the toilet handle was broken (reported it three times but it needed a more major fix). We've stayed at many similarly priced hotels and though they might not have had quite the location, they were more buttoned up on the small details. I'll probably look elsewhere when I'm visiting with my husband but I would stay here again in the small single rooms if I were traveling alone.

Location was excellent. Good taxi service nearby and underground station (although didn't use the latter). Very comfortable bed, excellent bed linen Poor breakfast service. Overpriced and poor variety For a "Superior Double" advertised as spacious it was anything but spacious. Expected it to be bigger, hence poor value for money. Shower head in bathroom regulated - poor water flow

Stayed at this hotel on new years eve as we were in London to watch the fireworks. Pleasant greeting when we arrived. Lovely surroundings and look of the hotel. Lovely reception/lobby area. Easy check in and stayed in room 214 facing the square. Lovely view from the bay window onto the square. Yes it is a little noisy with buses squeaking along, police sirens and constant traffic as it is a busy area but we were not bothered by this as it was a weekend break and expected it to be busy as it was new years eve. The staff I did meet were nice even when I arrived at reception at 3am looking for toothpaste as I had forgotten mine ! Lovely room, quite small, decoration nice and everything in good working order. Amazing bed & pillows, so soft and comfortable. Also in room; flat screen tv, playstation (dvd's & games downstairs), safe, hot water machine, fridge fully stocked. Had to pay to use the Wifi which we didnt use on this trip. Laptop provided in room. Also local/national calls are free from hotel room phone. Gorgeous bathroom and a nice size although the shower which was powerful & warm is tiny, even for 5" me. Didn't use the breakfast/room service or restaurant which is next to the hotel accessible without leaving the hotel but looked equally as lovely. Overall a lovely looking hotel/room in a great location. Very pleased with the trip.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and on all occasions have thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel's location is excellent, close to good shops and cafes and conveniently close to the tube station. We usually request a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the pretty square. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Good value for money for this area of London...a cosy gem of a hotel that we will definitely return to. Having to pay a small daily fee for for Wifi is the only negative.

A nice place to stay if you have activities close by. Clean. Well kept. Rooms, however, small. Perhaps somewhat expensive. Budget-wise a place some underground stops further away is more favourable, since you have in any case to use underground. Taxi usually too congested. The hotel is so British, which is good The Hotel charged slightly more than given by Booking.com.

What I really enjoy is going down to the shops and cafes in King's Rd. and Knightsbridge without the hassle of getting taxi's. It is one of my favourite Hotels in London for weekend trips, I have stayed various times and still enjoy going back. The restaurant and Bar are great to entertain friends when one is tired from the days adventure. Jane

The location and the bed was also confortable The bathroom on room 413 was ridiculous- the shower was the smallest I have ever seen and and the shower head was half hanging from the wall and did not work well. There was no space to put anything. The lightening in the room only existed beside the bed. Unacceptable for this day and age and price. I will not use this hotel ever again. Besides breakfast was poor and the personel was not very nice either. I will not use this hotel ever again

Nicely decorated room, although very small even for a single room. My room was on the courtyard side, so it was very quiet despite the noice from the corridor. No view though. Reception staff was very nice and helpful and the location at Sloane Square excellent. Guest membership to the next door private night club was provided by request from the reception which was a nice bonus.

The comfort of the bed and duvet as well as the pillows were great. Also to have your own Nespresso machine was great. I love Nespresso coffee and have two machines myself. To have a computer available in the room was also excellent I thought the room was cramped with two people staying there. And there was not enough space for hanging clothing if you want to stay more than a few days.

The hotel is in a superb location for shopping and exploring London. It is only steps away from the bus or Tube station. The staff was wonderful and helped with all our needs. We usually stay in a flat when in London but we were delighted with the hotel and look forward to staying there again. While the room was small, it looked out on Sloane Square and was beautifully appointed and met all our needs. It had a nespresso coffee maker which my husband enjoyed The rooms were a bit small but it didnt affect our overall experience.

The hotel was lovely -- quiet, clean, great location, very pleasant and helpful staff, nice restaurant and variety of food offered at breakfast, great shopping nearby and so handy to the underground, beautiful streets for walking -- overall, a wonderful discovery and would recommend it and stay there again.
