Came mainly for the flower show, so location was paramount.Room overlooked the square and was only 50 mtrs from tube station. Also within walking distance of Knightsbridge.Taxi rank outside hotel. So I guess what we liked most was location...location...location |

Central to the tube station so easy to get to see all the sights in London, Staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. We would stay again. The bed and bathroom was very small, |

I liked the location and the view of my room, the bed was comfortable. the standard room of my kids was awful, very small, with a broken water closet, horrible window, dirty. The staff was not so kind, except of one woman, and very badly informed on London life. Too expensive! Bathrooms very small and old, carpet dirty, disappointing breakfast at the brasserie. People at reception don't know well the city and don't speak good english. |

Very comfortable bed. Nice helpful staff. Comfortable homely feel, traditional understated decoration and nice windowseat in the room Bathroom a little small loo tucked in a difficult corner you had to negotiate a towelrail. Breakfast room a little stark small tables and the room a little dark. I also think eggs should be included in the price |

Great location, friendly staff in breakfast area, coctail bar good for nightcap when returning to the hotel. Very small bathroom even with superior room. Traffic noise from front rooms, rooms at the rear can be requested. |

Comfortable, relaxed, convenient, served my purpose very well indeed. Temperature in room difficult to control and instructions not clear. A very minor comment, not a complaint. |

It was lovely decor and fantastic location - right next door to Tiffany & Co :) Room was clean and tidy and nice flat screen tv and laptop facility. Coudnt swing a cat in the bathroom and the room service was slightly over priced. |

The location is fantastic, lovely area of town! Nice decor in the lobby and rooms. Very small room, the cupboard was virtually non-existant. The shower/bathroom was not good, very small and not very clean! |

the heating system was not that efficient and the room felt very dry in the middle of the night. it also made a little bit of noise. perhaps it could run a bit smoother.and thermostat could be more indicative of room conditions. |

The room was very clean and comfortable. The toilet did not work properly and the bathtub could have been a bit cleaner. |

All of the above and especially the location and excellent individual service by staff. Nothing! The bathroom was small but very manageable and as it was very clean and well organised this was not an issue. |

Good bed and situated in interesting area. Easy traveling. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water was discharged very slowly |
