Sloane Square Hotel

Lo que más me ha gustado es la ubicación, una zona excelente para ir de compras, para cenar en un restaurante bonito o para tomarte una copa. La estación de metro estaba en la siguiente manzana. Las habitaciones muy cuidadas y acogedoras.

Lo peor el colchón que era demasiado blando.

La situación del hotel es perfecta. La decoración es muy agradable con buen gusto, acogedora, y me siento bien en ese entorno. Las dimensiones del hotel me gustan y volveré el próximo año.

La relación calidad-precio de las habitaciones no es muy correcta, ya que incluso la superior, es más bien pequeña, aunque decorada con gusto y el baño no es demasiado bueno, quizás le falta calidad de materiales.

My room had ripped wallpaper on the one of the panels which detracted from the room

Came mainly for the flower show, so location was paramount.Room overlooked the square and was only 50 mtrs from tube station.Also within walking distance of Knightsbridge.Taxi rank outside hotel. So I guess what we liked most was location...location...location

Small size of the room despite the choice of a superior room, minimum acceptable level of breakfast

I liked the location and the view of my room, the bed was comfortable.

the standard room of my kids was awful, very small, with a broken water closet, horrible window, dirty. The staff was not so kind, except of one woman, and very badly informed on London life. Too expensive! Bathrooms very small and old, carpet dirty, disappointing breakfast at the brasserie. People at reception don't know well the city and don't speak good english.

the room was extremly small. I dont find fair that because we arived in the middle of the night we received the 2 smallest rooms of the hotel.

Restaurant at downstairs really good food

Location: very close to the tube. Nice design. Hotel staff is friendly.

There was not soap in the room. Bathroom was cold and shower presser was poor.

On 2 occasions staff service in the bar adjacent to the hotel was not as good with drinks taken away before we finished them.
