Room was small but stylish. Bar and restaurant were very good.

Sounds daft, but no cold water in the bathroom .... which meant cleaning
your teeth with hot water!

Location , well organized , near majour shoping , next to train station
,near taxi station , near resturants , near bars and clubs , near brand
name shops , near bus stops , near majer supermarket , near book stors ,
near selections of resturant , no need transportation at all .

One time at knight elevator chut down , cleaning supervisor call me
several time while I have do not disturb signe on the door to check
what time I will be leaving the room , that mean she wake me up which
is not nice .

convenient, good value and well designed nice staff. Nice to have small rooms for single travellers.

Paintwork needs redoing, a very noisy generator or extractor was outside my bedroom but I as was only there for 1 night I didn't ask to move. Will not prevent me using hotel again shall just ask for different room.

On thrid day had to ask for a change of sheets, Felt housekeeping staff lacked the professionalism that would normally be for a hotel of this standard. The night shift chambermaid took care of my request to change the sheets and was most prefessional and obliging. None of the amenities were replenished after the initial ones received. This was not of usual standard of a hotel of this rating.

Feel that housekeeping needs to have more staff training and also the staff in the Brasserie were very laid back, had to beg for a drink when I went in after dinner, even though the place was not full.
