staff,overall casual comfort - feel like home atmostphere nespresso machine in the room, nice toiletries, location, style. everything in good measure - never too much or not enough

bathroom is really small - nice but really small no music for iPhone 5 :-)

Location and friendly staff

A perfect location in the city centre with the undergroung station nearby. The staff was very friendly. As a plus - brasserie Côté which offers a great breakfast/ lunch/ dinner.

Quite expensive for a hotel which is "just a room", but given the city and location I guess this is quite standard Poor water pressure in the shower Cold bathroom due to AC and cold stone floor

The staff were fantastic. The location is excellent for shopping and sightseeing.

The dinning room where breakfast was served was disorganized and so we went elsewhere for the remaining 2 days of our stay.

Perfect location, clean room, fairly new furniture, comfortable bed, bathrobes and slippers, friendly staff, nespresso machine in the room.

The power of the shower was rather poor. The heating was quite noisy. No separate kettle for the tea, had to pour hot water from the coffee machine and my tea had a mixed taste. The room did not overlook the Sloane Square, but the wall of the Trinity Church which is just 2,5 meters away. It was not a big deal since as we did not spend much time in the room, but it was confusing since we were told upon arrival that we got a complimentary upgrade.

Very well organized and friendly staff. Centrally located and round the clock service. Rooms have a great view overlooking the Square and were comfortable to stay in

Excellent service. Very kind and flexible personnel. Jasmin at the reception was the best, always willing to help and seek for a solution, kept smiling no matter what. Area is not to busy and located near many great locations, such as Buckingham Palace, Harrods and London Eye. Own parking available and safe. Free expresso and tea in the room, big bed and very comfortable. Room was very clean. Despite located at the front side, the room was quiet enough.

Actually just minor points. The sink stopper didn't work. The bathroom was too cold, windows hardly isolate. The breakfast was a bit confusing. Full English breakfast was standard and ok, but if you want eggs, such as scrambled, you aren't allowed to take the rest. We had to pass stairs with the baby wagon, though personnel was very kind to help. Parking was very expensive, although at least a safe place.

Nice beds

Great position. Pretty room overlooking Sloane square. Nespresso machine was a nice touch and Internet is now free.

The double glazing didn't keep out noise from traffic and late night revellers from the nearby discotheque.

The breakfast is very poor one of the towels in my bathroom was not clean enough the shower did not work properly I could not open the window of my room the room was noisy (next to an engine for the air system or something similar) bad smell of food in the corridors

The staff where efficient and friendly, obliging with knowledge of the bus services for london.

Overcharged on leaving! which was resolved when I phoned the following day straight away.

Very friendly staff, solving all our requests, even a private parking place for our car.

i moved out because it did not have cable TV and despite i was on 4th floor i could smell resturant cooking in my room specially in the mornings .

I have been staying at this hotel For at least 1-3 times the past 5-6 years while traveling on business. In general I have had a good experience. The last two stays have not been so good.

The duty manager and one of the front desk staff were extremely hostile and rude. She was not interested in hearing anything. If the management lof the hotel is interested, I can give further detail.

Allowed to check in early, when there was a problem with the hot water we were offer a free upgrade immediately allowing us to choose the room and assiting with the move. The staff were very friendly and efficient.

Nothing to dislike

Excellent location, staff is friendly, nice breakfast.

Location is just the best, close to all transport and many key shopping and toruist areas. We would certainly make this our desired hotel next time in London. Also has excellent eating places next door and nearby. Hotel itself is adequate, maybe a little tired. Very clean and staff of very high quality.

Room lacked chest of drawers for a longer stay.

We chose this hotel as our base to celebrate our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Hotel staff became aware of this when our children ordered a bottle of champagne in advance for us. On arrival, we had a complimentary room upgrade, a personal 40th Anniversary card from the manager, and a couple of small gifts waiting for us. Well done Jerome and team - it was much appreciated!
