Kleine, maar mooie en nette kamer. Locatie is geweldig. Een aanrader. In het weekend in onze kamer (eerste verdieping) 's avonds geluid van het café op de hoek, maar niet onoverkomelijk. |

Heel nette kamer, kort bij de winkelstraten en Harrods, thee en koffie op de kamer, een goed gevulde bar, goede hoofdkussens Badkamer mocht wat groter zijn, dit was 1mx 3m maar was wel net. |

Hulp bij openbaar vervoer, want de metro reed niet dat weekend. Verder heel flexibel en vol tips. onze kamer was wel heel erg klein. er stond in de booking omschrijving dat er een bath zou zijn, maar dat was niet zo. |

De ligging Ik verblijf regelmatig in dit hotel vanwege de voor mij gunstige ligging. Tijdens mijn laatste verblijf ontdekte ik (omdat ik ernaar vroeg)dat er regelmatig aanbiedingen zijn tegen een veel voordeliger prijs en incl.ontbijt. Ik vind het jammer dat men dat mij niet eerder heeft gemeld, want ik vind het een relatief duur hotel als je kijkt naar bv. De grootte van de kamers en badkamers. |

The room was small, but had all facilities needed. The reception staff were very helpful when there was a technical problem with the debit card reader. Our room was on the first floor and at the front - the noise was an issue. Double glazing would help. |

Location,location,location.Plus if you have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant,do.Fabulous food and service with value for money thrown in for good measure. If you have an aversion to small bathrooms, this hotel is not for you |

The Location is great right on Sloane Square which was the nearest for the Design shows we were visiting.The room was small. I would recommend for the location primarily. We had heavy stains in the shower which we thought hadn't been cleaned properly but as the tray did not drain very well it may be a problem with the plumbing? The staff did not ask if everything was ok when I checked out and as I was in a rush I forgot to tell them. |

The staff was friendly and supportive, the location is great. Although the room was small, it was quite cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was dark, and I didn't like the shower which hang to the wall (built-in) and could not be moved. |

great location. Small room but your in London ,so to be expected. Great bar next door , acroos the road from theatre and a15- 20 min walk from Harrods ,Buck pal and the V & A museum. I felt it was quite pricey but worth it. As usual the extra expense for internet connection seems cheap and tacky to me. Add it on to the cost of the room if need be but nearly 15 quid for 24 hours is a bit much. A bit of extra love at the front desk wouldn't go miss and sensitive sleepers may object to the distant four on four beat from a club near by |
