Loved it-- staff was wonderful and helpful and the hotel was cozy and very comfortable-- great location. The blow dryer had no power-- great for bald old men, but not for us ladies! |

The hotel is extremely pleasant, in an amazing location in Central London. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, and i appreciated their efforts. While the room was very nicely decorated, it was quite tiny for a couple. However the real problem was the bathroom, which was definitely too small (not unheard of in London, though!) |

Extremely good location, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The paintwork was a littlte tatty and the bathrooms were cold (heated towel rail would be useful) |

The staff, the location, the room cleanliness The shower rooms are too small and lighting bad for make-up and there needs to be one brighter light if you need it, perhaps on the desk or ceiling. |

I was pleased with my room and the hotel was a great location, staff were friendly and helpful. On the down side, I was kept awake until after 2am by a nightclub in the hotel basement - even though was on the 3rd floor! Not good when you ar a business traveller and have to be up early!
