konum,benim ilgi alanlarıma ulaşılabilirlik... ayrıca otel çok güzel bir meydana bakıyor...dönüşte büyük nezaket gösterip christmas olması nedeni ile ulaşım aksadığı için havaalanına araba kiralamamıza yardımcı olundu,teşekkürler... odalar olağanüstü dar bu nasıl çözülebilir bilmiyorum,günlük temizlik yapıldktan sonra kirlenen bornozun yerine temizini koymadılar...2 kişi 1 bornozu kullandık.. klozet sabit değildi,lavabonun altı kırıktı ve musluk arada akıtıyordu... |

Terrific restaurant and friendly and helpful staff. Hot water from the cold tap, and no welcome bottle of water (only minibar) for arriving guests. Want the hotel to reconsider their ban on American Express, as I won't stay there again unless they accept it. |

I cam from Heathrow, directly with the underground, and there You are, a view steps from Sloan Street, a little furter Harrads, and great nightlife,exceptional staff whom are willing to help at all times, though the breakfast was a little poor with thoughts that there are a lot of intenational travelers, the restaurant and bar at night are also great . |

The room was small, but had all facilities needed. The reception staff were very helpful when there was a technical problem with the debit card reader. Our room was on the first floor and at the front - the noise was an issue. Double glazing would help. |

Location,location,location.Plus if you have the opportunity to eat in the restaurant,do.Fabulous food and service with value for money thrown in for good measure. If you have an aversion to small bathrooms, this hotel is not for you |

The Location is great right on Sloane Square which was the nearest for the Design shows we were visiting.The room was small. I would recommend for the location primarily. We had heavy stains in the shower which we thought hadn't been cleaned properly but as the tray did not drain very well it may be a problem with the plumbing? The staff did not ask if everything was ok when I checked out and as I was in a rush I forgot to tell them. |

The staff was friendly and supportive, the location is great. Although the room was small, it was quite cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was dark, and I didn't like the shower which hang to the wall (built-in) and could not be moved. |

great location. Small room but your in London ,so to be expected. Great bar next door , acroos the road from theatre and a15- 20 min walk from Harrods ,Buck pal and the V & A museum. I felt it was quite pricey but worth it. As usual the extra expense for internet connection seems cheap and tacky to me. Add it on to the cost of the room if need be but nearly 15 quid for 24 hours is a bit much. A bit of extra love at the front desk wouldn't go miss and sensitive sleepers may object to the distant four on four beat from a club near by |
