The room was spacious, and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent
Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. located just in front of the airport bus stop. Clean room and toilet/shower
No toiletries . Having a shower gell/shampoo dispenser on the shower wall would be useful !!.
Location Breakfast was ok
Matress was old, and rooms need updating, shower was cold, carpets need replacing
Pulled out all stops to give a room early had breakfast when I arrived ad I was lea VB ing at night.
Room was very small, seems like they have turned a single room to family room. Even no cupboard was there in room. Although I made some requests while making booking but they didn't bother even to reply back.
Wifi was not working Weird smell inside the room
Excellent location for Kelvingrove area, restaurants and bars.
the staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was good
The bed was far too small. The room seemed dusty and I got an allergy - itchy nose. I also came out in a rash. Do not know if it was mossy bites or what.
good price breakfast simple but good good and simple room
service at breakfast bad
The front desk people are of no help, rude actually. Beds are the worst I've ever slept in, ever! There is no lift/elevator put us on the top floor, 3 of us luggage and 150 stairs-nightmare.
the reception was always friendly
the room, dirt in the room, showers, breakfast, wiFi,...actually everything.
Good breakfast and friendly staff.
The stairs at the top of the hotel are very steep and feel unsafe.
Just the staff serving the breakfast.
The room was too small. Up 3 flights of steep stairs. Said there was free parking, this was no the case. No free wifi Breakfast staff very unwelcoming.
Room excellent clean and comfortable.
Noisey neibours cutlery not clean.
Somewhat small and prize room
Decor and breakfast
Wifi does not work, experience of bedbugs. Please get this sorted.
The location is great and really easy to get to and around from. Because of the location we found it easy to walk around and discover more of the local area without feeling that we were too far away from anything.
The hotel claimed to have free parking which is why I booked this hotel instead of another one but there is only a tiny private car park which was full meaning we couldn't use it and ended up having to pay to park on a meter. The hotel also stated to have free wifi but it was conveniently not working on 2 of the 3 floors. The walls are very thin and we were woken up somewhere within the region of 3 to 4am by a group of girls running up and down the corridor. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel.
There was blood stains and poo stains on the mattress , I have photos to prove it , absolutely disgustin.
Breakfast was really good. The staff were helpful and the hotel was in a good location.
We found the room very small and cramped. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't clean. The shower pressure was poor.
The staff were very helpful and worked hard to keep the hotel clean. They also helped with luggage and the breakfast was really nice.
The hotel it's self it old and run down and is in need of a refurbishment. The whole place needs to be painted the beds need be changed as they are very old and the water needs to be looked at as we did not have hot water at night. Double glazing of the windows or block out curtains might keep out the noise of the street and the light.
The location and being able to park free nearby. Kelvingrove Park is nearby as are lots of Indian restaurants in fact the whole of Sauchihall Street appears to be part of New Delhi, but that adds to the character of the place. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good and hearty!
The price of 169 pounds for a room without a loo and no car park was a bit steep but it was during the Commonwealth Games.
Tiny room, up four flights of narrow stairs, no assistance with luggage. Shabby & hot. Price? over $300/per night.
Poor noisy rooms, lack of internet, unhelpful staff, dirty halls and bathrooms. Worst hotel I have stayed in since I left Tanzania 20 years ago.
