Location for SECC good Poor decor. Our room was a decent size abut I constantly smelt of cigarette smoke ourfriends room was so narrow they could outstretch their arms and touch each wall! also their Tv did not have a signal & despite reporting this it was not fixed. Definitely not a value for money hotel and we were very disappointed.

We liked the location. Staff was very nice. Room was very small and had holes in the wall. The carpet was dirty. No lift so had to carry our very heavy bags up to second floor. A staff member came into out room while we were getting ready to check out.

Honestly cannot say anything good about the place The hotel may be cheap , however it was the filthiest place I have ever stayed in and had Glasgow not been so busy that weekend I would have left.

Old building a little quirky which adds to its charm, staff excellent and very friendly, you couldn't be better looked after rooms could do with redecorating to enliven albeit it did not detract from the visit

The room we were given was of a much lower standard than the ones pictured and there was no real effort to provide 'vegetarian options' for breakfast, as advertised.

I went to see Russel Peters at SECC Clyde auditorium so this place was good in terms of location. Free wifi and inclusion of breakfast in the rate was nice. The showers are not clean. the water pressure was extremely low. The rooms are poorly located next to each other you can wake up every time somebody opens the doors you can hear and you will wake up.

Excellent location if attending the secc which we were. 7 minutes walking distance. Plenty of surrounding places to eat out. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. We were on the top floor with three flight of stairs and no lift. But we were given an option of a lower floor room. Free parking. Excellent service.Good for an overnight stay. We would use again if attending secc. Overall good value budget room. You get what you pay for. No complaints.

The staff are very friendly and gave excellent customer service. The rooms are good value for money (not paying for the Ritz after all are we!) and the breakfast was very good. Very few parking spaces for the number of rooms, I did manage to get a space for my visit though.

Friendly staff. We stayed in the room next to the stairs, we could hear everyone going up and down the stairs, banging doors, we had a terrible night. Beds were o.k., bathroom was not very clean.

The staff were great. 24 hour front desk is a blessing. Early morning wake up call - spot on time. Private car park. Excellent location. The single room was very small.
