Everything good about this place

No lift

There was no hot water and there was a few rooms booked by my party as it was my wedding at kincaid! No one could get washed the next day

convenient, friendly, cheap, good views

room was very very small, nowhere to sit. I ended up reading the paper sitting on the loo using the light from the room as the fan in the bathroom was too noisy to have the light on there.

The room was comfortable and tidy, we just wanted a good bed for the night and that's what we got.

The location is good

We had no heat and it was freezing! They kept saying they would get it fixed but never did. Then they kept asking us to change rooms to accomodate other guests arriving at the hotel. Shouldn't they have planned in advance for that? We are paying guests as well!!

Hotel interior was modern and well designed. Rooms comfortable. Food good. Staff very helpful particularly in helping with infant's food.

Friendly, efficient staff, Modern rooms and dining room. We had a problem with plumbing, which was attended to right away to our satisfaction.

location was great

I was staying in your hotel for a family bereavement, we were in general happy with the facility, however, the fact there was no lift meant that my mother and her brother who are both in their 70's struggled with the stairs. We would not stay there in the future unless there was a lift installed. Thanks, Jean

continental breakfast the only choice, having to stand inside the shower to turn it on consequently a burst of cold water first then eventually the hot came through.

Its convenience to what the purpose of our staying there was. We also had other business with the hotel as well as accomodation and the staff involved in that were very helpful, so this review does not concern those staff.

The room was cramped, the bed uncomfortable, some of the staff were surly and had a carefree attitude which translated into a lack of attention to detail, e .G. the table at breakfast not being fully set. In many ways the hotel seems quite disorganised.

The staff were great, they gave the cot bed needed for baby and changed our room as it was small to accomidate the cot bed, the breakfast on Weekends was good too, the location good to go to loch lonobd and others arounf

The night club in weekend nights cause late nights n big disturbence :-)

Budget accommodation Central

Room was rather small Although the room was 'modern', it was also a bit tatty. Noise through the night from Waste Disposal lorries! Mostly used as construction worker accommodation. The sensor lighting in stairwell was very tempremental - it switched off far too soon and left us walking downstairs in semi darkness.

Was an ok hotell although I'd booked 2 twin rooms which were not available I made do with a treble and single

we have family in the area and is perfectly situated for visiting.the room we had onthis occasion was a little bit on the small side for a double room,the flooring was lifting in several places this in itself would not deter us from using smiths again as overall the staff and the food were very good
