Quiet location. Small and friendly.
I am used to a king size bed with a super king size quilt, the double quilt on the bed was a bit small ! King size quilt would have been nicer !
Very friendly staff and food very good with good choice
noise from people using stairs outside room and some maintainance issues in bathroom
Plenty of parking Little traffic on side road Easy to find Large opening window good for hot days Good restaurant & breakfast Close to Culloden battlefield
Noise from pub patrons at night when window open
Staff - all were brilliant and eager to make our stay a pleasant one. There is an abundance of parking spaces. The hotel is just minutes from the A9, making it easy to access locations further north or south. It is also minutes from a retail park including a cinema and eating venues. Inverness town centre is also easily reached by car.
Good links to local buses into Inverness.
The restaurant food was very bland and over-priced. Breakfast was OK, but basic. Room quite small and cramped. No lift.
Very very helpful guy at the reception.
Down is a pub and it was quite noisy on Friday evening.
Breakfast exceeded all expectations :) Room equipment, including even small fridge; wide parking
There should be a notification that a shower switch (???) is outside the bathroom
Location which is very easy to access Breakfast had a very good menu and the food was of a high quality.
Beds are of a poor quality need to be replaced. No access to upper floors except by stairs. Decor in bedrooms needs to be updated.
The hotel is run really well, room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, food great. We would stay again.
The outside of the hotel is off putting. To us it looked like a run down old pub and we didn't really want to go in. We expected the worse ! Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised.
Bath leaked Dirty toilet brush Broken sink Broken bath plug Dirty walls
Excellent value Good rooms Good food Friendly and helpful staff
can be hard to find on a sat nav
room is small
Catered for our needs and adjusted rooms accordingly. Very helpful.
Příjemné ubytování, výborná snídaně. Velice milý a ochotný personál. Vřele doporučujeme. All was perfekt.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The food was lovely. Easy location to find - and close enough to Inverness.
The room we stayed in was just above the lounge bar, so it tended to be quite noisy at times.
Obliging, friendly staff.
Bath water luke warm only
it was the cheapest room we could get in Inverness. Convenient outside the city for traveling onwards in the morning. The room was basic but clean and the breakfast was ok
The room was above the bar and very noisy until 1 am. The window was just above the outside smoking area, lots of noise from smokers and smell too.
The staff team were polite, knowledgable, efficient and friendly Room was immaculately clean and tidied daily Hot water on tap, bath & shower en-suite. Ample parking and secure parking for our motorbike in gated area at rear.
Outside of hotel doesn't show how lovely it is inside mainly due to large car park at front of building.
room excellent, with good views of off the Moray firth even though weather was bad. Food excellent
The very friendly staff. A cheerful bar with good food at a reasonable price.
A little sparse
clean good breakfast quite village nice bar
The area was quiet
EVERY THING THE EVENING MEAL WAS NOTHING BUT PERFECT WHAT A CHIEF
I was just passing through Inverness and mainly wanted to visit Culloden. This place was 1/2 mile from there which is why I booked it. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, my room was fairly big and the bed so comfortable. It was all very clean and very quiet, which is key for me since I'm pretty insomniac! Staff couldn't have been more pleasant and even forgave me charge for 2 bottled waters.
My only minor quibble is that my card was charged before I arrived, which I had read online wasn't going to happen. But that didn't really affect me and everything else was super.
