L'hotel è molto vicino dalla città di Inverness, ha la connessione wifi gratis (ma non in camera), ottima colazione, personale gentile e disponibile.Ampio parcheggio. Devo dire che sono stati molto bravi a fare la foto all'hotel. Non è così "carino" come sembra e il parco descritto non esiste. La doccia del bagno non funzionava, ma hanno risolto il problema all'inizio dandoci un'altra chiave dove poter fare la doccia. Nel frattempo hanno risolto il problema alla doccia. |

Non era conforme a quanto prospettato:non esiste il parco nel quale doveva essere inserito l'Hotel;la camera proposta non era conforme al contratto;per cambiarla ci era stato proposto di condividerla con altra persona;infine trovata soluzione di compromesso.Ristorante chiuso. |

No restaurant. More like a pub than a hotel. Breakfast not very nice. Seemed to be a local place for local people. |

cost, as I only wanted somewhere to stay overnight it was clean and comfortable, no frills Sign saying the restaurant was closed - I would have liked to get a meal but did not want a bar atmosphere. |

On our way to a family wedding... the Smithton is a bit out of the way in Inverness - good B&B and great nearby resturant. Do try the SnowGoose resturant/pub - good prices, children friendly, great food and a friendly staff. This combination is rather difficult to find in Scotland. |

The hotel in its description is "with a 2 acre garden, attractively situated in the Moray countryside, a modern beautifully decorated 16 room hotel. The only truth would be there were 16 rooms. The hotel was set in the middle of a housing estate, modern ? 20 years ago may be. Restaurant? Not. On arrival we were told there was no kitchen as they could not compete with the local area. |

The friendly staff and the standard of the cooked breakfast. Ensuite shower rooms attached to each of our rooms Although our room itself was quite clean (expect the carpets which did looked worn and slightly unhoovered - we also noticed a couple of cobwebs in the corner of the kids bedroom. When we arrived and walked through the corridor the smell of the strong airfreshner was horrible and again the carpets smelt musty and would defintely benefit in being replaced. |
