Comfortable quiet rooms No hot water or heating due to boiler breakdown. Had to use other room on opposite side of building with a faulty shower and only 10% discount offered as compensation.

I liked the restaurant, the food was really good and even though the restaurant was busy I was well looked after. The room was also very comfortable, nice and warm and had a large tv. The car park can be a bit tight, especially if you have a large car.

There was adequate parking on-site We had breakfast, which was satisfactory with wide choice Staff were friendly We had stayed at this hotel three years beforehand, as a young couple, but this time round we were inconvenienced by the fact that there was no lift, and had to carry our luggage and our daughter (2 years old) over two flights of stairs. The room itself was not clean enough; we strongly suspect that the couch and/or the bed had infection of lice. The magazine table was very wobbly, and dangerous especially as we had a child There was only one small bin in the whole room; no bin in the bathroom; bearing in mind that we had to change nappies for the baby, this was inconvenient

I chose this hotel because it was close to family members I was visiting. It is a modern very comfortable hotel. I stayed in a large room which had everything I could possibly need including iron and ironing board! The breakfast room was large and sunny and provided a large and interesting array of food.

The staff were great especially Steff on reception who besides being exceedingly pretty was extremily professional & helpful. The food [breakfast & dinner] in the rest was Traditional and very good.bedroom was large, very clean \& comfortable. Free wifi ! in your room is always needed. Missed the hotel three times as couldnt see the sign it was hidden behind a large tree. You only get the sign when its right on you, then usually you go past it !

The room was quite big and very comfortable. The bathroom was quite luxurious with an excellent shower. The staff were friendly, always had a smile for us. As we were preparing to leave we came across tea and coffee making facilities. They were in a cupboard under the dressing table. Seemed a silly place to put them when there was ample space on the table. Wish we had found them earlier.

Hotel staff excellent. The breakfast was excellent too. I do a great deal of business travel and have stayed in accommodation provided by most hotel chains. The breakfast, and the staff who served it, was better at Smokies Park than anywhere else I have been.
