Size of room. No outstanding features, but would stay again if in the area.
Stained ceiling; stained carpet.
Everything, cleanliness, staff friendly, breakfast, location
we found the staff very friendly and helpful the rooms were warm very clean and adequate. The whole set up is relaxed and friendly.I would recomend Snooze to any one. Well done!!! Pat from Birmingham
Location , parking, cleanliness
Waiting to be admitted at 8.30pm
Budget hotel, clean, warm with everything you needed. Nice big bed, ensuite, TV, free wifi
Decor a little tatty, walls needed painting
Very nice and helpful staff. Nice location.
Room was not clean. Carpet was too dirty.
Very good access to town centre Nice big beds Private Parking Quiet Nice pubs, Chillies was brilliant!! Overall very good
Silly little things, nowhere to put your toothbrush/toothpaste - little container (cup) needed. No teaspoons for stirring drinks in room. No small chest of drawers to put your nickers and socks in. No where to put your cup (apart from the floor) when you were in bed. All the above are just little girly touches that just need addressing then it would be spot on, still going back next year though, if they will have me....
The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets weren't clean, there was mould in the shower, there were holes in the walls, you could hear next doors pub karaoke over the TV, the breakfast was a serve yourself toaster and loaf of bread, and the only staff we saw was when we arrived for 10 minutes. Absolutely horrendous and completely ruined what was supposed to be a lovely weekend trip as a surprise for my boyfriend!!!
nice size room king size bed warm and airy room. although only continental type breakfast nice café next door. would certainly return.
Ease of booking. Friendliness of staff. Information booklet provided. Excellent local knowledge. Access to local taxi firm. Offer of assistance re: luggage when booking in.
Nothing. Would definately book again if visiting Liverpool.
The staff was super nice and extremely helpful and all of the buses in front of their door will take you directly to the center which was great as I traveled in a tight budget, also is not really that far from the center so a cab late night still cost under 10 pounds so we liked that.
Brilliant value for money. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff - when I finally met them! The room was very spacious. The iron left on the stair case- I needed one!
It's a family run business and somehow no one was around when I arrived at about 9.30pm. Not sure how that happened, but I providentially got in with another guest who got the lock number combination texted to him. I texted a number I found - no response due to family reasons as I discovered in the morning - and so I settled in my room (happened to find a staff note of residents). It did feel like one of these horror films where TVs are on in other rooms but otherwise it's a ghost place. However, all got explained in the morning. I might be going there again, but I'll think about it a little. I didn't like the state of the carpet in my room - full of stains and generally tacky. No shampoo or shower gel. No decaf options in the tray.
The place was good location and the room was clean and warm . Breakfast was very nice choice .
Everything was ok average for the price ! Need at bit of modernising and I think more people will be attracted . Would cost much to do up
The beds and pillows were spot on for me and the accommodation was clean and the price was right!
Could have more choice at breakfast but I understand why they chose to do this
Very clean room comfortable bed
Cleanliness, spotless white soft towels & bedding. Quiet twin room at rear of property, unlimited breakfast (cereals & toast) and free parking. Excellent value for £35/ night.
Ensure you ask postcode of carpark otherwise easy to miss if arriving in dark. Was wary of area, but there were really no issues whatsoever. Paint work etc needs upgrade but still brilliant value.
Very nice and helpful young man who checked us in, good wifi, buses to city every 5 mins, lots of supermarkets and takeaways around
The members of staff were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Polite and very welcoming. Great location, not far from City Centre/Albert Docks. Car park facilities is small but i never had a problem regarding getting a parking space. Great conditions on the inside and cleanliness. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Only the Ground floor has blinds. The rooms on the first and second floor did not have blinds, so when getting dressed etc. you would have to close the curtains so know one could see in with the exceptional big windows. When having a shower the water doesn't drain as quick as expected, so if not paying attention you could potentially flood the bathroom! So you'd either turn the pressure down or turn the shower off completely for the water to drain before finishing off your shower.
The accommodation is mostly clean, facilities are quite enough as well. And i like the fact that its a BnB.
I thought it was a hotel, yet it turned out to be a guest house. The lock of the door of my room was loose and insecure, while the closet stinked and was dirty too.
Firstly, if you are going on a trip wanting some hilton-style luxurious no expenses spared place then you should go somewhere that charges more because here you get more than your value for money buy ya not gonna get riches for 27 quid each haha! We travelled as a young couple and stayed one night at snooze and it was brilliant. Very comfortable bed and huge I loved the bed! Everything very clean and tidy so don't worry about anything like that. Quite spacious. An on suite bathroom which was great! Got about 4 towels in our room (a double room), and bathroom comes with a great shower very warm and nice, a toilet and sink and toilet roll and handwash. In the actual room you get a bed with covet and pillows, a lamp at rach side, plenty of plugs, a mini wardrobe with coathangers, a freeview tv, a big mirror (also another in bathroom), a kettle with tea coffee milk and sugar and 2 mugs, a bin and a very handy room guide with local info. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly helpful! I felt it was great because we just got to do our own thing and weren't bothered by anything. We used an iron and ironing board too. Breakfast next day was self service and very nice but also basic so don't expect a full english haha! a very quiet nights sleep and comfortable. All in all will stay here again for deffo! I can't stress enough how value this is for money. Loved it!
